"We stayed during a European heatwave where Prague reached 37 degrees Celsius, and we were so comfortable thanks to the air conditioning! I loved that we could leave the AC on even when we took out the room key and went out. The room was very pleasant, and the bathroom was really clean! The reception staff were always present, so any questions we had were resolved immediately! The location is also great, about a 20-minute walk to the Old Town, making it excellent value for money. I'm very satisfied and would likely stay here again if I visit Prague in the future :)"

"This hotel has that classic 'old money' vibe, much like the Grand Budapest Hotel with its symmetrical architecture. It's massive, feels like hundreds of rooms. The downside is the 'square with an open center' layout, which meant our room was incredibly far from the elevator – it felt like a five-minute walk just to get there from our door. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety, and the omelets were particularly good. The person in charge at the breakfast entrance seemed to be training an intern. When we were checking out, we were rushing to catch a train, so we brought our luggage directly to breakfast from our room. At first, the restaurant manager suggested we check our bags at the front desk. I explained we were very short on time, and he handled it expertly in front of the intern. He had the intern seat us in a spot that wouldn't obstruct other guests – that was really good. However, the hotel slippers were terrible; they were so flimsy they tore after just one day. They felt incredibly cheap and completely out of line with the Hilton brand. Overall, the hotel feels very solid and reliable, with excellent basic amenities. It's grand and a good choice for a trip."

"Everything was fantastic except the shower! Theres a bath woth shower, however, the shower doesnt hang up like a normal shower but rather lower down where pne has to sit in the bath tub to have a normal shower. The water temperature is not consistent and keep going from cold to very hot.... Apart from that, room was really nice, clean and spacious. Staff were great too"

"Sservice was good, but there's no ”noisy people in the hallway” category. A couple and I guess their friends had an adjacent room and would be in the hallway talking and laughing on both days, but didn't go on too late so it was tolerable. The hotel staff were nice and professional. The room is a bit old, but not in a bad way. It's clean."

Staff were friendly, professional, and always helpful. The location was also perfect — convenient and close to restaurants and attractions. I especially loved the peaceful atmosphere and aesthetic vibes, perfect for relaxing and taking photos 📸 Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. "The hotel overall is really good! Good location, friendly staff, luggage service, beautiful lobby! One interesting thing is that, I had a two people room for one night, and a four people room for two nights, turned out that the two people room is much bigger than the four people room. But still everything thing is fine and comfortable! Highly recommended."

"It was a very cute hotel! It's a hotel that girls would like. The front desk staff was cheerful and the breakfast was delicious! However, the hair dryer was weak and the air conditioning didn't work (it wasn't that cold the day I stayed, so I was fine without the air conditioning). I think it was about a 20-minute walk to the old town. I used the train! It was about a 15-20-minute walk to Prague Central Station, so it was relatively close to the main tourist sites and the station!"

"The room was a bit small, but very clean. The water pressure was a bit weak, probably because we were on the 5th floor. The entrance to the parking lot was extremely narrow, which made parking a bit stressful. The location was great for exploring the old town, and the front desk staff were very friendly."
