Very happy with the cleanliness of this hotel. I have never stayed in a more clean accommodation before so I was very impressed.
The fully furnished kitchen was also a huge plus point for me. Location wise, it is abut further away from the city centre but still very accessible using public transportation.
One downside however was the slightly confusing check in process whereby the receptionist table was not clearly demarcated as such -It was a random counter in a small glass room. This affected the overall professionalism and initial impression of the hotel but overall it was a minor detail.
Overall, this stay was throughly enjoyable and a value for money

we stayed in this self-catering apartment for 3 days. it is located near the center. it's clean and newly made. Jul. price and performance. but hoise keeping charges 10 euros. Very ridiculous.

Well equipped new studios with everything you need. The elevator is not working yet, so check the floor if this is critical for you. Cleaning and trash removal is available for an additional fee. Construction is still ongoing throughout the day. Reasonable price.

The hotel is located quite far from the center, about 20 minutes by tram, but the tram stop is nearby, so getting to the center is not a problem. The hotel has a parking lot where you can leave your car for 15 euros (currently free). The rooms are new, spacious and quite clean. It's a pity that there are no disposable slippers. There are sets for making tea and coffee, a kitchenette with an oven and stove.

Excellent location to the central spots. Pretty new environment and facilities. It is perfect choice for staying in Prague either long or short term stay.
