"It's a good hotel newly renovated and in a great location. The window is very special (perhaps inherited from the building itself) which blocks the noise from the street really well. Though i really want to love the hotel but your neighbors matter a lot. You could literally hear every word, get to know the gossip they're talking about and enjoy the music with them whole night just by lying on your bed. Also, luggage deposit will change you 3 euro."

"This hotel location is excellent. Staff is very helful and thoughful in handling difficult situation. We left our Passport when disembarking the plane and hotel staff help to call the respective airlines and arrange a taxi for us to pick up our passports from the Airport. Very experience hotel front desk staff which touch both my wife and my heart. A big shout out to this hotel staff."

"The hotel has a decent location and is generally clean, even though there are ongoing renovations at the moment. Unfortunately, the service leaves a lot to be desired. They don’t offer basic amenities like an iron for guests to borrow, which is standard in most other hotels at this level. Instead, they push guests to use their overpriced laundry service — ironing a simple polo shirt costs more than the shirt itself. I suggested they invest in just 2–3 irons for guests to borrow, and honestly, I’m willing to donate two myself if that’s what it takes. The parking is also far too expensive — €21 per day, which is excessive compared to other options in the city. My recommendation: choose another hotel until Hotel Saray improves its service and reconsiders its parking rates."

"The staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel had a retro and charming vibe; standing in the lobby felt like stepping back into the 1950s or 60s, with a warm overall color scheme. The rooms were large with balconies, and the standard twin rooms were a rare find in Europe. There was a convenience store right outside, and the location was very close to the main street. It was the most satisfying hotel of the trip, but unfortunately, it was also the one I stayed at for the shortest time."

"Good location, the whole building of the hostel is newly built, the multi-person bed is separated from the wood, it can be locked after closing the hatch, and there is light color control in the cabin. The cleanliness is high, the kitchen and the friendship hall are behind the front desk, there is a refrigerator, the refrigeration temperature is enough, and the cooking is convenient. There is a 24-hour front desk. Self check-in is convenient, but still need to check in online in advance. Toilet bathroom clean, because there is no window, so the air is not very circulating, pay attention to the hot and cold water instructions of the water pipe sometimes opposite. Luggage storage after check-out is charged."

"This is a great place with excellent value for money. As you enter the lobby, you'll see a path leading down to the dedicated underground parking lot, so those traveling by car can make a reservation with confidence. However, the parking lot is limited, with only about 20 spaces available, and the space to park is narrow. Late arrivals or larger vehicles may experience parking difficulties, so we recommend parking around your check-in time if possible."

"The front desk service was warm and welcoming. We pulled up to the hotel to unload our luggage, and the valet took care of our car. The Alhambra Palace is right across the street. Our room had two tiny balconies. It's about a 10-minute taxi ride to the Albayzín neighborhood. The streets there are narrow and complex, and it's difficult to find parking, so I strongly advise against driving there yourself. I highly recommend Restaurante Las Tomasas; you can enjoy an evening view of the Alhambra, and the dishes are exquisite and reasonably priced."

"Super location in the historic center on a pedestrian street best restaurants,shopping, cathedral and walking distance to sights. Excellent tourist help from the staff with lots of advice and help offered. Everything was clean, hotel was quiet, good bed, plentiful of water. There are a lot of stairs but the staff will carry your bag for you and Reception closes at 4PM."

"Buenísima ubicación, habitación muy limpia aunque un poco pequeña, al tirar la cadena del wc es un poco ruidosa. Los días que estuvimos no funcionaba muy bien el ascensor, y subíamos al 3° por las escaleras. Te ponen café a tu disposición en la recepción. Muy amables en todo momento, dan información y recomendaciones de lugares que visitar. Repetiremos seguro. Recomendable!!"

TTongWe spent four unforgettable days and three nights at the Seda Club Hotel in Granada. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable, with Ms. Martha providing a warm and welcoming reception that instantly made us feel at home. The personalized check-in process with Martha was exceptional, complete with a welcome drink and detailed information about the hotel's offerings and local attractions. Her kindness, patience, and respectful demeanor left a lasting impression. The breakfast crew, particularly Rafael, were outstanding. Despite attending to multiple tables, Rafael provided swift and efficient service. We also appreciated his exceptional service during dinner on one of the evenings. Special mentions go to Pablo, who provided excellent service on our departure day, and Imma, who made our checkout process smooth and warm. The concierge team, who assisted us with our bags and escorted us to the taxi, were also noteworthy. The staff at Seda Club Hotel truly made our stay special. Our beautifully decorated hotel room showcased evident thought and attention to detail in its design. Every corner of the room featured fine touches and small details that added to its charm. One minor suggestion for improvement: the coffee and kettle cabinet was slightly cramped, and we were concerned that the steam from boiling water might affect the glass shelves and surrounding food. Overall, our stay at the Seda Club Hotel was truly memorable, and we highly recommend it to anyone seeking exceptional service and accommodations in Granada.

GGuest UserThe location is particularly good, just upstairs in the chocolate shop in the lively city center. If you store your luggage, you have to go to another store in his house. If you don't store it, you can check in directly. It is very convenient and simple. The room is large, and the washing machine and dishwasher are complete. The only problem is that the hot water cannot be washed all the time. If there are many people, it may have to be washed the next morning. But I still like this hotel very much.

CCammy LohFantastic apartment. Super clean, with everything you need including strong hairdryer in each bathroom, salt and cooking oil, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine. Super central location that is great for walking. The taxis dropped us off slightly outside so we had to walk 3-4 minutes to the apartment. My group of friends loved staying here. Our host Katarina is super kind and friendly, always responds fast to questions over WhatsApp. Can’t ask for a better place to stay in Granada.

GGuest UserWe were a party of three, staying in a room with two single beds and a sofa bed. The cleanliness was acceptable. There's a large supermarket about a 5-minute walk away where we had dinner, and the prices were fair. Right next to the hotel, about a 3-minute walk, there's a bus stop for the bus to Granada Airport, which costs €3.1 per person. You can take bus route 32 to the Alhambra. Walking to the Cathedral takes about 15-20 minutes. Overall, the transportation is convenient. This was the cheapest hotel I stayed at in Spain and offered the best value for money. There's also a restaurant right next to the hotel with delicious food.

Excellent room view of the whole Granada city (You need book city view rooms). Espresso machine and electric kettle in room to make coffee or team. The best breakfast in our entire two week Europe trip!

CCheska MiloWe had a good stay in the hotel. It’s very near to the train station, around 4-6 mins walk. The staff is also very accommodating and nice. On our check in day we were greeted by this male reception, he was nice and he helped us typed out a letter to state our time of arrival in the hotel as we had our luggage delivered after being lost during our Vueling flight from London to Malaga and our insurance company was asking for it due to some claims. The staff also assisted me in calling Vueling using their phone a few times, thank you. The rooms were nice too and it’s very spacious. They had a gym and spa, we enjoyed using both. There ha a bus stop outside the hotel, about 5 mins ride to the Cathedral and if you choose to walk, it’s about 20 min. Lots of eating places around the hotel too. Highly recommended for your stay in Granada. ☺️

HHopemiThe location of Ying Lun is excellent. It's just a three-minute walk to the bus stop, and there are plenty of attractions and dining options nearby. It's also very convenient to take public transport to the Alhambra Palace or various viewpoints. Breakfast is an additional charge, but I felt it offered good value for money. It's served from 7 AM on weekdays and 8 AM on weekends. The rooms are a bit dated. The elevator only goes up to the third floor, so guests on the fourth floor and higher need to use the stairs. They don't provide complimentary drinking water. However, as backpackers, we found the room comfortable enough.

GGuest UserThis Aparthotel was in an absolutely perfect location and easily accessible to the main sites of Granada. The communication with the customer support was excellent and it was easy to check in and out or get an early check in for an additional cost. The app was really useful as I could check in that way and had a note of my entrance key in case I forgot the number. The facilities, cleanliness and little extras provided such as water, coffee and crisps were really appreciated after a day of travel. The studio I was in was absolutely gorgeous, modern, clean and whilst in the centre of the town, quiet, so I could get a good night's sleep. The only thing that was a slight disappointment was that I booked the apartment thinking I would be getting a view of the town/square, but I did have balcony views over the balconies and into the apartments of the identical building directly in front of me. So, no view to speak of, but I didn't spend much time in the apartment as there was plenty to do in Granada. Overall, 4/5 for the experience and will be staying in the Libere again when next travelling to Spain.
