"The front desk staff were very friendly. The room had underfloor heating, so I had to turn the air conditioning down. The AC unit was blowing directly at the head of the bed, which isn't ideal for Chinese guests. The bathroom was spacious but lacked hooks for hanging clothes. There was a hairdryer provided. It had a large bathtub, but the showerhead couldn't adjust the water pressure, making for an uncomfortable shower as I had to hold it. The soundproofing in the room wasn't great; I could clearly hear chairs being dragged around upstairs next door. Room 114 is an end room, right next to a public restroom, and your bed is practically against the public restroom wall, which can affect your rest. The room didn't have complimentary water or a mini-fridge. The location is excellent, with a Carrefour right downstairs. It's a 6-minute walk to Granada Cathedral and 9 minutes to the Cathedral of San Juan de Dios."

"It was really amazing to be accommodated at the Palace Hotel just adjacent to (with a less than 5-minute walk) the entrance (the Gate of Justice) of the Alhambra Palace. The decoration of the hotel is classic and glamorous. Besides, we did enjoy the luxurious breakfast at the hotel with a stunningly beautiful city view."
