"Location is good, in the heart of the old city. Hotel and rooms are average/good We had a good stay. However all these experience were spoiled by the poor services of the waitress during the breakfast. The waitress were cool and seemed to have very bad mood. The breakfast room was closed using a rope until the waitress came and slowly checked the customers one by one. The waitress were impolite and even told the customers to eat in certain manner. The hotel rating would be much better if they have better training to their waitress."

"The hotel is fine enough with a good location but very unwelcoming…. The person who checked us in was not friendly at all…. No Hello or anything.. Could not even find the wifi password.

"I made a last-minute decision to fly from Amsterdam to Madrid and then stop by Toledo. I booked this hotel on the bus from Madrid to Toledo; it was already 10 PM local time, and the booking was incredibly fast, confirmed instantly. I later learned this was through Ctrip's instant booking service.
The hotel has a 24-hour front desk, which is much better than many small hotels that require a password to access floors. The hotel has an excellent location, right next to the cathedral. The overall design is very stylish, clean and tidy, and there are many rooms.

"The hotel is built beneath the city walls, in a medieval European castle style, with a very comfortable lounge every three steps.
The receptionist was incredibly kind. We arrived in the morning intending to leave our luggage, but she said there were rooms available and we could check in early—super friendly!
The breakfast was also very plentiful and satisfying."

"The location is great right next to the church! As the photo shows, you can see the church from the balcony of the room! The room and bathroom are quite big, and the hotel does not provide free parking! Parking in the ancient city is very inconvenient and expensive, and the free parking lot needs to go very far! "We rented a car and went to Toledo first, less than an hour's drive away. The hotel is in a very good location, in the old town, next to Toledo Castle. Because the temperature that day was 40 degrees and the wind was hot, we didn't go shopping much until we arrived at the hotel. So I went straight to the Cathedral of Toledo, the second largest church in Spain, but because I didn’t know much about it, I could only scratch the surface!
There were all kinds of Damascus knives, which made me feel itchy, but I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to take them back with me when I took the train, so I had to give up the idea! I really like knight-like stuff, I really like it!
After all, the hotel facilities are simple. There are no toiletries. The window faces the windows of other rooms. The room is small, but the location is advantageous. The parking fee is high, 16 euros. It is in a nearby parking garage and only takes three or four minutes to walk."

"The hotel is located next to the Old Pisa Gate, on the left side of the road to the old city, pay attention. The interior of the hotel is beautiful, but the rooms are small and sanitary. JJiangbeisiyueThe price/performance ratio is very high. The hotel is right next to the bus station, only a ten-minute walk from the train station, and close to the entrance of the mountain elevator. The room is not small. The big bed is two single beds put together, but for a solo traveler like me, a single bed is enough. The hotel has an outdoor terrace to overlook the ancient city. The breakfast is unexpectedly delicious, the ham and sausage are very delicious, but it's a pity that I have to catch an early train and can't enjoy the wonderful breakfast time slowly.

Pedro in the restaurant and lobby areas was particularly delightful. The room was very spacious and comfortable, other than a bit noisy in the mornings. Staff helped arrange tours and outings in the area, which were excellent.

DDaluosuIt's not far from Toledo's old town, and the parking lot is large and free. The lobby is really spacious, with indoor and outdoor swimming pools. The elevators are old and a bit noisy. The room decor is rather dated, and the pillowcases had stains. Breakfast was crowded; there wasn't a single Asian face, only white people, mostly older.

GGuest UserWe have stayed at this hotel several times when travelling through Toledo with our dog.
The fee for bringing our dog was €15 - about average. The hotel has a large garden area, which is great for walking dogs and letting them enjoy the outdoors but it is necessary to take care at this time of year with las orugas procesionarias.
Unfortunately the hotel bar and restaurant are not dog friendly, although the bar does have outdoor seating in the evenings where you can take your dog.
This hotel has nice big rooms, in a classic style. We noticed this time that the cleanliness of the room in particular could be better, specifically that the floor wasn’t very clean. The bathrooms are very large but the design of the shower could be improved - specifically to ensure the shower head can be moved.
Overall the hotel is spacious and pleasant, with a fantastic view across to the old city of Toledo and beautiful countryside.
It’s a recommend, notwithstanding there are a couple of things that could be improved.

Evening service needs to be arranged in advance, and there is usually no one at the front desk after 11 pm. There is no bathtub plug in the bathroom, so you need to ask the front desk in advance. You need thick quilts, etc., and you must contact the front desk in advance.
The room cleanliness is obvious, not bad.
