"Great location, clean and tidy. My only negatives were the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything, the beds are also only small doubles so not alot of room. We had a nice view looking out onto Belfast cathedral, as shown in the picture. Breakfast was good, with a good selection to choose from and a nice coffee machine. Overall, I would stay again but dont expect a good night's sleep."

"We really enjoyed our current stay at Ten Square Doubletree by Hilton. The room was very spacious with two double beds, a sofa, a large screen tv and fridge with tea/coffee making facilities. The shower room was very large with a walk in shower and very nice toiletries. We booked a meal that evening in Jospers restaurant and the food was excellent and very reasknably priced. We attended the entertainment for the evening in Doffers bar and altogether had an excellent trip. Slept very well in the comfortable bed."

"Loved the self-check in. I booked a cheaper room which did come with the smell of the nearby fast food place and a loud humming of an aircon (?) outside. I had another issue in my room but I alerted the management to it. Other than that, the room had a nice size and a nice bathroom. Oh, also wish they had ceramic cups for hot drinks and not just disposable ones (I don’t like pouring boiling water into single use plastic-laden cups)."

"We stayed in the hotel as it was near to the bus station. The room was very clean and tidy with everything we needed. We were on the 11th floor but had no view as the window looked onto a high brick wall. Staff were pleasant and it was fine for a single night say especially as we arrived around 8pm and left the following morning at 10am Catherine Gilchrist"

"I booked this hotel solely because it was advertised as having air-conditioning, which is essential in the summer. We found out at check in that not all rooms have air-conditioning and was given a room without air-conditioning. We subsequently spoke with Reception team and was upgraded to a room with air conditioning, thanks to help from Roland. Please take note when booking if this is an essential requirement for you. "

"The hotel is right next to the museum. The scenery is very good. It is very comfortable to walk around the museum. There is a bit of noise from the road at night. The hotel restaurant is average. It is better to take an Uber to eat in the city!"

"The hotel is clean and tidy, with daily housekeeping. You just need to hang the 'clean my room' sign on the door. There's no fridge in the room, but the front desk noticed I was staying for a longer period and kindly gave me a room with more windows, which was very thoughtful. The only slight downside was the Wi-Fi; during the World Cup, live streams experienced a bit of a delay."

"Great stay in Belfast city centre! The location was perfect—everything was within walking distance, including major attractions, shops, and public transport. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful Stay at Holiday Inn Belfast I recently spent three nights at Holiday Inn Belfast with a friend, and it was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, professional, and always ready to help, which made us feel comfortable immediately after arriving. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and throughout our stay the team maintained a warm and friendly atmosphere. Our room was very clean, spacious, and well maintained, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The beds were comfortable, and the overall environment was quiet and perfect for rest after a long day exploring Belfast. The location of the hotel is also excellent, making it easy to access many attractions, restaurants, and transport options around the city. We also enjoyed the breakfast and general hotel facilities, which added to the overall quality of the stay. Overall, it was a memorable and pleasant experience, and I would definitely recommend Holiday Inn Belfast to anyone visiting the city. I look forward to staying here again in the future. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so enjoyable.

Excellent hotel! However, I have some concerns regarding Trip.com's service. When I made the reservation, I specified that there would be three of us, including a child, and I also added my requests. But the hotel confirmed they received none of this information, as the booking was made through a third party. Please ensure that correct information is forwarded to the hotel next time.

The hotel was incredibly clean and grand. Check-in is officially at 3 PM, but I had to be somewhere else at that time, so I arrived an hour early at 2 PM. They were totally fine with it and let me check in early, which was super nice of them! Haha. I signed up for breakfast the next day, and the bread was absolutely delicious. The view is also fantastic, overlooking the river in Belfast, which is very atmospheric. I definitely want to go back!

I thought the staff were friendly and welcoming, the bar had a large selection of beverages and the rooms had ample space. There was also a breakfast buffet which was ok. A young lad cleaning the table next to ours managed to get spray onto our table and wife's food which was frustrating, but my wife raised the issue and he apologised and kindly took the plate. Just hope there's a little more due diligence next time. What I wasn't fond of was that the rooms were not soundproofed, and I thought I'd highlight the matter since half of the rooms face out towards Common Market and other local bars. Luckily, we were that knackered that it didn't prevent us from getting to sleep. Another thing that was very disappointing was that the rooms were dusty, and the downstairs toilets were very dusty too. I could see all the staff working hard during my stay, but I really think more deep cleans could be done. I really think this is a staffing level issue as I could tell everyone was trying to do a good job, and I know big companies are reluctant to spend what's necessary to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.

A lovely hotel in a great location with friendly and helpful staff —- however there were so many small negatives that the overall experience was disappointing. The lift was not in service so had to use the stairs. Thankfully not a high rise and I was on the 1st floor. A huge, well decorated room was ruined by air conditioning and extraction units right outside the window which made for a loud and restless night. The frosted glass on the windows left the room dull. Black mold in the bathroom, large crack on the wall and dirty carpets did not help. Neither did the badly made bed and stiff coarse dressing gowns, which I had to look for and found squashed into a shelf in the wardrobe - and one had a large black stain on it. WiFi was very good but there were no usb / type C charging ports. TV was tiny in comparison to the size of the room and kept losing its signal. I also noted a blown lightbulb, but I guess this could have happened at any time. Breakfast was also disappointing, although the sausage was delicious and the highlight. They did provide a small gluten free option too, but I’m not sure if GF bread and non dairy milk is sufficient in and of themselves. The hotel claims a 4* rating and for that I would have at least expected tea/coffee table service. Instead I got it myself from a coffee machine. The coffee itself was very strong to the point of being undrinkable. Finally while speaking with staff it emerged that the Trip price, which supposedly included a huge discount was actually way over the standard price for a room with this hotel.

Brilliant red brick stately home type hotel. Full of charm and has a lovely front garden. You have full access to all living and dining area on the ground floor at any time, which is great for photos and relaxing. Our room was a small loft but had a great view from the bathroom of the hills over the city. The City tour bus goes past the hotel because apparently it used to be occupied by the main builder of the Titanic. It is a short walking distance to the stunning Queen's University and Botanic Gardens. Ryan's restaurant is a great shout for homely reasonably priced Irish food and drink. The lady at the front desk also gave us direct assistance to book our trip on the Causeway tour. Highly recommend.
