"Had a fantastic stay! The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, letting me store my luggage both before check-in and after check-out. The breakfast spread was also very generous. "It is very close to Fujisawa station with very reasonable price. Room was a bit small but that's understandable with the price and they will keep your luggages if you arrive their earlier than check-in time. I recommend this place and will stay here again if I plan to visit Kamakura again."

"Plenty of outlets, more than enough. There's a 'please clean room' sign on the door that you can just put up when you need housekeeping. It's super convenient for taking trains to Enoshima, Kamakura, and Atami. Enoshima beach, in particular, is the best spot to see Mount Fuji; you get clear views in the morning, but it's not as good in the afternoon or evening. We visited in February, during winter. The hotel breakfast costs 1400 JPY per person; you pay at the front desk on the first floor and then go up to the second floor to eat. If you don't want convenience store food, the hotel breakfast, while not having a huge selection, covers the basics of a Japanese breakfast and is quite filling, in my opinion."

"The location of this apartment is very close to enoshima island and the beaches which is a plus. There is a 7 eleven nearby.
The unpleasant part is I had issues finding parking initially. The āroadā that leads to the apartment building is also used by pedestrians so you have to drive very carefully and slow. There is no free parking. The nearest parking cost 2600 yen a day.
The bath towels provided are very small. There is no tap to fill up the bathtub so you have to use the shower head which is rather strange."

"The location is incredibly convenient. While the room isn't large, it was spotlessly clean and, though compact, was perfectly equipped. For Japan, this size is actually quite good. I initially booked for just one night, planning to head to Tokyo the next day. However, Tokyo's prices were much higher, so I decided to extend my stay for an extra night here. The following morning, it only took about an hour and a half to reach Tokyo. Highly recommend!"

"I booked this for my friend, it has 2 beds.
Get off at Katase-Enoshima Station on the Odakyu Line and walk for 5-6 minutes.
The room size is quite good in Japan. Because I'm only staying for one night, I just need to take a shower and sleep.
The person who checked us in was a Japanese uncle who knew a little English and Chinese. For what he couldn't speak, he relied on a translator. After 9 o'clock, you need to bring a door card to enter and exit.
The hotel is very close to Enoshima, and it takes 10-15 minutes to get there through an underground passage.
Although the Caixia package booked on Ctrip does not include breakfast, the uncle in the store said that there would be breakfast the next morning. Each person had an egg (although it was taken out of the refrigerator, it tasted fresh) + a croissant + a sausage bun + a chocolate bun.
There is also a free coffee machine in the small hall on the first floor, and the staff will patiently teach you how to use it."

"The room was very clean, and the facilities in the room were also very good. The hotel gave great toiletries, and the service staff was very friendly. The only downside was that it was a little far from the station, and it would be inconvenient to walk with a suitcase. It is recommended to take a taxi from Fujisawa Station. "Dili is located at about the same distance from both the north and south exits of Fujisawa. You'll need to wait behind the station on the right, which takes at least six minutes to walk with a 24-inch suitcase. The hotel is otherwise decent, but the onsen is charged separately, which is understandable. The funny thing is, Ctrip didn't indicate on the hotel's booking page that this is a fee. It's 2,000 yen per person for 90 minutes, and mixed bathing is required. Swimsuits are available for rent if you don't have one, but they cost 1,000 yen per set. I reported the fact that the hotel's onsen wasn't listed as a separate fee, and Ctrip didn't mention it at all. While they responded quickly, I wasn't satisfied with the result. They said they didn't indicate it was free, but out of consideration and comfort, they offered to compensate me with 44 RMB per person (for a room with two people in a double room), for a total of 88 RMB.
Having stayed in so many hotels in Japan, I've always trusted Ctrip's basic service. I believe most people automatically assume that since a hotel has its own onsen, guests can use it for free, just paying a tax per person. I didn't expect this kind of trap, and it was clearly a trap Ctrip created themselves. When I first called to report the situation, they said they didn't understand it clearly and that it was clearly marked. Then, on the second call, they insisted they never said it was free! We strongly urge Ctrip to immediately indicate that this hotel charges for hot springs and stop ripping off other users who trust the Ctrip brand.
The prices and room types of surrounding hotels are similar. If they had known about the hot spring fee in advance, they would have considered accepting it. There are other options.
Please avoid this!"

AAnonymous UserEnvironment: For a hotel with hot springs at around 400 [currency unit], the quality truly exceeded expectations. It's super close to Fujisawa Station, with convenience stores and restaurants right downstairs.
Cleanliness: The room was small but very clean. The hot springs were fantastic; I even had them all to myself on a quiet evening during the off-season.
Service: The front desk service was excellent, and they even had check-in instructions in Chinese.
The only downside is that check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 10 PM. This schedule is quite inconvenient for travelers staying just one night. Starting from 10 AM, there were frequent knocks on the door, and then the door was opened directly.

The door lock is digital and the hygiene is very good. The kitchen utensils, coffee utensils, washing machine and hair dryer are all available. The room is big and the attic is bigger than expected. It's very cost-effective for most people to stay in the coffee shop. The coffee is sent by regular customers nearby and the coffee is so delicious that I almost don't want to leave.

The water flow was good. There are not many amenities, so I recommend buying some if you are not satisfied with them.
I was given one tea bag of each type, which is within the bounds of common sense and should be free to take, but I was curious about the reaction of the front desk. I thought it was good that there was an Enoshima guidebook in Thai.

GGuest UserWe were there in April 2024. The condition of the premises is very good, clean. But the feeling of the premises is from the 60s of the last century. This is probably how it should be. For a very old hotel this is expected. The service is exaggeratedly perfect. We left the hotel for a walk and an employee immediately escorted us and offered to take umbrellas at the door on the way out. We came in from the street where it was raining and the administrator at the front desk ran when he saw us into the utility room and brought towels for our faces and hands to dry off. The maid, seeing us leaving the room with the child, immediately asked us to stay and within a minute brought a childās yukata and childrenās slippers. They called us for breakfast 5 minutes before the appointed time and warned that everything was ready. Breakfast is above all praise (national dishes), very varied and large comprehensive breakfast. We highly recommend it to those who want to get acquainted with a version of a national hotel - a ryokan.

The best part is the location! Right in the middle of a street of restaurants & souvenir shops next to the beach, next to a konbini, Shonan Monorail & train stations down the street, & Enoshima Island over the bridge.
The staff is very friendly & a couple of them speak English. Something to note, their wifi kept disconnecting for a few of the guests & I. The second thing I enjoyed most is the bottom floor being a cafe & staying guests get a discount. I really recommend the milkshakes & fried items!
I stayed in the female dormitory, both floors shared by all. I personally didn't feel unsafe. The main doors are locked at night & you could lock the dormitory door. The dormitory is right by the street so you will hear people & vehicles if that's something you're particular about. Lastly, don't forget to turn on the AC. Somehow, we forgot about it the first night & were sweating. I also opened the window because my bunk was further away from the AC & boxed up, both of which helped!
Overall, enjoyed my experience at Iza & will stay again when visiting Enoshima!

GGuest UserI couldn't book anything else to make do for one night. I didn't expect the room to be more spacious and clean than I thought, and the bathroom was separated from wet and dry. Very suitable for families with children or young people traveling alone. In addition to the need to make your own bed, everything is fine (it is recommended to bring your own sheets). Hotel location is particularly good, facing the Enoshima Bridge, there is Rosen downstairs, and there are many restaurants that open late. Turn right and go directly to the aquarium for eight minutes. It is also within 8 minutes to go to Enoshima Station.
