"The hotel is located opposite the JR station, which is very convenient. The hotel staff is very good, the breakfast is OK, but the only problem is that the large bathroom is too small. All in all, it is a very good choice and I will stay here again next time."

"We stayed here on a trip to Abashiri and Kitami. Breakfast is included for about 8,000 yen per night from Abashiri.
The shortcut from Kitami Station on Google Maps was difficult even for a short distance due to the snowy roads, but it is convenient to use the roads with roofs on the shopping streets.
The station and bus terminal are nearby, and there is also a pub and a yakiniku restaurant, so the location is excellent in the downtown area!
There is no bath, only a shower, but the large communal bath has an open-air bath and sauna, which was great! However, there were only four karaages, so everyone was lining up to wash.
There is no seafood for breakfast, but there are some local dishes. However, the small dishes did not change for three days, so it would be nice if the menu changed a little.
Other than that, the service of the staff is comparable"

"When I went to the transit hotel in Sounkyo, I didn't expect the availability to be very tight, and I wanted to wait to book again, but the low price was gone, and other websites couldn't book it either. Unexpectedly, I unintentionally saw the low-priced housing and came out again, immediately placed an order. The hotel is across the road from Kitami Station, so convenient. "It's a bit old, but the reception and restaurant staff are very polite and considerate. This hotel, which is rare for a super hotel, does not have a large public bath. The restaurant environment is a bit like a school cafeteria with people sitting in rows. The reception desk is quite narrow and close to the elevator and the pillows are quickly used up. The public environment is generally good. There are ample parking spaces available at several locations close to the hotel. The price is reasonable at 600 yen per night. It is about 40 minutes one way from Abashiri. I chose this hotel because it is really cheap and hard to find in Abashiri. It is a good choice for self-driving tourists with limited budget."

GGuest UserIt had the atmosphere of a traditional hot spring inn, but the rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were also very polite. And the hot spring was really good. The open-air bath felt lukewarm because it was a free-flowing hot spring, probably because it was cold outside, but I enjoyed the indoor bath. The lounge was only open for a short time, so next time I think I don't need to get a plan that includes the lounge. I was able to purchase discount tickets to the nearby aquarium and red fox farm at the front desk. I would definitely like to visit again if I have the opportunity.

胖胖柯基I visited in early June and stayed for 2 nights. It turned from sunny to cloudy that day. Unfortunately, I didn't see the sunset. The lake view was beautiful. It was very hot in the room that day. I turned on the air conditioner but there was no wind at all, so I opened the window and just turned on the air conditioner. The wind was not blowing in from the direction of the window and we were sweating all the time. We had to call the front desk to ask if we could change rooms, but the answer was no, even though we had just arrived in the room. The front desk said they could provide electric fans, so we used them for 2 days, but it was really hot and it was very difficult to sleep at night because the quilt and bed were thick. I kept sweating while lying on them, and my face and body were sticky and itchy. Yes, people coming in summer should pay attention to air conditioning issues. It would be better to go there in autumn or winter.
