"I was really happy with how clean the room was. The view from the large window was fantastic; it would be even more amazing on a sunny day.
Just a heads-up, only toothbrushes are provided as amenities, so you'll need to bring your own skincare products. The hot spring bath was spacious, and the sauna was also large with an open-air bath, which I think sauna lovers would really appreciate.
One downside is that the TV doesn't support streaming services like YouTube.
There are USB ports next to the bed, but no USB-C.
The bed was neither too soft nor too firm, and I slept really well."

"Highly recommend! We booked this hotel at the last minute because we were worried our flight might be canceled, fully expecting to just cut our losses if we didn't stay. But wow, what a pleasant surprise! The soundproofing in the room is excellent. Even with a lot of foreigners drinking and being noisy outside that night, we couldn't hear a thing from inside our room. The women's spa even has a separate shower and a door that can be closed for privacy. Superb! The toilet wasn't far from the room either, and it was genuinely clean. The next morning, we picked up some groceries from the nearby supermarket and then headed to Setsu. Perfect!"

"This is one of the best you can get in Niseko, Hirafu area.
It has a ski in ski out gondola very near to it, and another Ace Gondola which is about 2-3mins walk from the main entrance of Sansui.
Besides location, the service provided is exceptional. The staffs were great, driver service provided on a first come first serve basis, there is Onsen facilities and the buffet breakfast was amazing too.
There's also a good omakase restaurant in it.
Room was definitely very well sized and properly furnished with amazing views during winter and not to mention the cleanliness is amazing.
Overall, 5 star experience stay there. Definitely going back again"

"This is a diverse hotel where English is the primary language, followed by Japanese. The staff comes from various countries. A big thank you to Cellin from Malaysia for the Chinese service. "The hotel is huge, and the room appliances are very smart, all Miele. The shuttle service to various ski resorts and the JR station is super convenient, and ski rental is also very easy. The hot springs are wonderfully relaxing, and breakfast is delicious. The only downside is that there are no or very few Chinese instructors and staff. I didn't encounter any, which was a challenge for someone like me who isn't good at English."

"This is a very convenient ski-in/ski-out hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious enough for our family. There was also plenty of storage in the closets. What we were especially satisfied with was the service, particularly from a Chinese-speaking male staff member at the front desk. "This hotel offers great value for money 🤍. The staff are all very polite and helpful, especially those in the hotel restaurant. The buffet selection isn't huge, but the food quality is quite good. The room was comfortable, and the overall environment was quiet and peaceful. Having a private hot spring bath in the room was incredibly relaxing 🤍. The only downside is that the surrounding area is a bit remote, making transportation inconvenient for those without a car. There's a small shop on the ground floor of the hotel selling souvenirs and snacks. It's about a 5-minute walk uphill from the hotel to the Grand Hirafu Base ski area."

GGuest UserWonderful ski in/ski out location. Lovely family accommodation with everything you need. Close to convenience store and restaurants. Sunday was extremely helpful and transported us to the local train station at the end of our stay. Gustav was very helpful via email but the resort was uncontactable on arrival to arrange hotel transfer from the bus drop-off (reception phone switched to after hours message). Also could not get a taxi (none available on the app) so had to walk up the hill dragging luggage. That was our only complaint.

The bedroom is a bit small, but considering the price/performance ratio is quite high. The room can see the sheep's foot mountain and the scenery is very beautiful.

The view from the room is absolutely unbeatable. This apartment is perfect for families, featuring three bedrooms, a large kitchen, and a living area with plenty of functional space. It was very clean, beautifully designed, and felt like a true home away from home.

Convenient for all arrangements during guests' stay, including arranging car pick-up, changing towels, making appointments for cleaning, etc.
We booked a three-bedroom room with three toilets, so the family members don’t have to queue up in the morning. The room faces Mount Yotei, which is great for taking photos.
The breakfast is average, nothing too surprising. It is included in the room rate, so there is not much to ask for. . If you have high requirements for breakfast, you can buy the ingredients and cook it yourself at the hotel.
The only thing that is relatively inferior is the kitchen equipment. There is no hot pot equipment, but the microwave and steam oven are Miele, which are very easy to use and convenient. It can be seen that the hotel's management team is willing to spend money on hardware.
The most commendable thing is the service. Since the hotel is relatively far from the ski resort, it is very convenient to call a taxi to and from the ski resort every time. You only need to notify us 5 to 10 minutes in advance. 
This is a hotel I will definitely stay at next time I come to Niseko.

GGuest UserRight at the centre of Hirafu - you have to walk a bit upslope to the ski lifts. Check in is at another building / hotel so beware if you're not driving.
The space is well equipped with a full kitchen and washing machine, as well as heaters. There is also a ski locker on the ground floorwhere you can pit your ski equipment. However we noticed a smell of fresh renovating works once we entered the room - though we're not sure where that came from.
If you're driving, beware they only have 2 parking spaces in front of the building which are not designated for guests. So if someone else parked that space, you have to find somewhere where you're not considered a hassle. Note you are not supposed to park behind the building nor the space next to the 2 parking spaces.

GGuest UserHinzan was amazing for our ski vacation in Niseko! The location is super central, but they also have a shuttle that can take you to the lifts and around Hirafu so you don't have to walk with your gear. There were ski lockers and a room in the lobby with boot warmers. The in-room washer/dryer was also very convenient.
While the front desk times were limited, they were very flexible about arranging for staff to stay late/come early for check in and check out. All the staff were amazing, going out of their way to make sure we had a good stay!

MMarc in ShanghaiRoom is very modern and has plenty of amenities, including a private bath and toilet. Bed was comfortable. WiFi and heating worked well.
This is a self-service accommodation. No reception or staff onsite. They’ll send you a code for the lockbox that the room key is in. The resort condo is attached to the office for the RV Park that shares the parking lot. They seem to be used to people coming in there to check in.
Location is not very central. About a 15-20 minute walk to restaurants.
