My experience at The Terrace Niseko was outstanding! The property is stunning, with spacious, modern apartments offering breathtaking views of the mountains. Everything was impeccably clean, and the amenities were top-notch, perfect for a relaxing getaway . What truly made my stay unforgettable was the exceptional staff. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, from assisting with ski rentals and transportation to providing great local recommendations. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made me feel genuinely welcome. I highly recommend The Terrace Niseko for anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and world-class service in Niseko. Everything is good except the price! I love the environment of the villa! The kitchen, dining room and living room are upstairs, and the bedroom is downstairs. It is a 6-minute drive from Hirafu. The hotel has a shuttle bus to the ski resort, which is available on call and special car pick-up.

For two people, the room is relatively large in Japan. It is quite far from the ski resort, but there is a bus to pick up and drop off at fixed points. Just pay attention to the bus time. It is still very convenient. The price is also very competitive compared with surrounding areas. It is good to skate at night. If you are studious, you can take a bath both indoors and outdoors. When you wake up in the morning and open the window, you will see Mt. Yotei. It is beautiful. Breakfast is included in the room reservation, but it is not mentioned on Ctrip.

Perfect experience for a group of friend, they have great service in terms of check in and inquiry about anything nearby, Onsen, food, transport etc. The resort/house is equip with whatever we need, and with spacious bathroom, amenities. It’s only 5 mins away from the main skii and snowboard area. They have arranged transport for free transfer, although it will be even better if you have a car, carpark provided.

Very good hotel Whether it isservice, hardware, or accessories, they are all first-class The front desk will provide a WhatsApp phone number when you check in. Convenient for all arrangements during guests' stay, including arranging car pick-up, changing towels, making appointments for cleaning, etc. We booked a three-bedroom room with three toilets, so the family members don’t have to queue up in the morning. The room faces Mount Yotei, which is great for taking photos. The breakfast is average, nothing too surprising. It is included in the room rate, so there is not much to ask for. . If you have high requirements for breakfast, you can buy the ingredients and cook it yourself at the hotel. The only thing that is relatively inferior is the kitchen equipment. There is no hot pot equipment, but the microwave and steam oven are Miele, which are very easy to use and convenient. It can be seen that the hotel's management team is willing to spend money on hardware. The most commendable thing is the service. Since the hotel is relatively far from the ski resort, it is very convenient to call a taxi to and from the ski resort every time. You only need to notify us 5 to 10 minutes in advance.  This is a hotel I will definitely stay at next time I come to Niseko. Thanks intuition team again🥰

The room was new, very stylish, and had a great atmosphere, plus it was spotless. The bathroom was also very satisfying. My only minor issue was that there were no sheer curtains, and since the surrounding buildings were quite close, I felt a bit exposed and couldn't really keep the roll-down blinds open. Having sheer curtains would definitely make guests feel more comfortable.

Hinzan was amazing for our ski vacation in Niseko! The location is super central, but they also have a shuttle that can take you to the lifts and around Hirafu so you don't have to walk with your gear. There were ski lockers and a room in the lobby with boot warmers. The in-room washer/dryer was also very convenient. While the front desk times were limited, they were very flexible about arranging for staff to stay late/come early for check in and check out. All the staff were amazing, going out of their way to make sure we had a good stay! Would definitely stay here again!
