Suzuka Hotels with Wifi

"This is my second time using this hotel! The last time I used it, the staff were always smiling and provided excellent service, and the private bath was also very nice, so I felt good and returned! This time, I was tired from traveling and ended up having breakfast just in time, but the staff in charge of breakfast didn't smile at all and seemed cold, so that was disappointing. At breakfast, the bread had been put away, and they wouldn't prepare it for me unless I asked them to bring it to me. They asked me how many pieces I wanted, left only the number I answered and put the rest away, so I wish they had left more than I answered. The other front desk staff are always smiling and provide excellent service! The private bath is also very nice, so I'd like to use it again!"

"The hotel is convenient and has plenty of parking spaces. Breakfast is provided in the morning. Check out. Simple. The space is moderately large, but there is a strong smell of smoke in the room, which could be improved."

"The outdoor unit of the air conditioner was extremely noisy...unfortunately, my stay was not satisfactory. I consulted with the staff, but because the outdoor unit is located next to the bed (by the pillow), the noise from the outdoor unit continues when it's turned on. Also, although my room was on the 8th floor, I could hear people talking in the parking lot. Is this due to the location of the outdoor unit? Perhaps there's a small gap? In other hotels, you shouldn't be able to hear conversations from the parking lot from an 8th-floor room. When I turned off the power because the noise from the outdoor unit was bothersome, the room temperature dropped very quickly... The staff responded quickly and changed my room from the 9th floor to the 8th floor, but unfortunately, both the 9th and 8th floors were plagued by the noise from the outdoor unit and the cold."

"If you wanted to fully enjoy the Suzuka Theme park and the rack track. It will be the best to stay here. Because you will need almost 2 full days to fully enjoy the whole thing. I stay in the duplex room with my daughter and my wife. We love it so much, the duplex room is spacious and rewewed, with a balcony as well. That can used by 6 people. The hotel had a direct access to the theme park so you can enjoy your breakfast then go straight into the park sharply! We've also ordered the breakfast and dinner package from trip.com with a nice price, they are both buffet served and food are much higher than my expectations, quality are very nice and wide range of variety you can choose, there is also a small corner for kid to grab their favourite food by themselves, they designed that buffet table lower for kids access. They also offer shashimi seafood rice don you can make your own choice, from tuna, scallop, mentaiko and salmon. We enjoyed a lot! The hotel also provide onsen you can use, there is one indoor and one outdoor onsen in the hotel spa facility, it looks very new and clean. It is not very big but also not crowd while we were there. However, the water temperature was not too hot like normal. I recommend this hotel for any family going to visit Suzuka theme park, it will be the best choice."

"The hotel staff has a very good service attitude. The free breakfast was better than expected. This price includes free breakfast and free parking, which is very cost-effective. Unfortunately the room is quite small, but the hygiene is ideal."

"Our family of four stayed here. We had a small child, but thankfully we were able to stay in a twin room, which meant all four of us could sleep in the same bed. The front desk staff were very helpful. The room and futons were clean and comfortable. I'd like to stay here again if I have the opportunity."

"I was tired of driving on my way home from afar and hurriedly searched and used it in the neighborhood. There are restaurants, fast food restaurants, convenience stores and everything around. "It's been a while since I stayed here. It's convenient, right in front of the station. I'm glad there are two types of pillows. I guess it's the same at this time of year, but when the air conditioner is on, it's hot when you put on a duvet, and cold when you don't. It's hot when you turn off the air conditioner. The chair is heavy and the wheels are stiff. The shampoo in the bath has a faint smell, which is good. The bathroom is clean. But the shower curtain does smell, so.... I look forward to using your service again."

"It was a consecutive night without meals. I was surprised that there was a donkey in front of me and there was a supermarket open 24 hours a day, so I enjoyed it. I would like to use it when there is a tournament in the sports forest."
