AAnonymous UserThey were very kind and I had a pleasant stay. Since I arrived at night, it was very helpful that they provided transportation. The surrounding streets are dark at night, so if you want to go shopping or eat, I recommend taking a taxi or doing so in advance before checking in.
The bath and toilet are shared, but are comfortable to use.
I was a little concerned about the lack of privacy, with the curtains in the room being thin and the window being so close that it seemed like you could see in from next door.
Personally, I regret forgetting to include meals. I've heard several positive reviews saying the food is delicious, so I would definitely like to use both dinner and breakfast next time.

AAnonymous UserUnfortunately, I couldn't make it to the hotel because a typhoon halted Shinkansen service. I contacted the hotel to cancel my reservation, but they informed me I had to go through the booking agent. Despite my attempts, the agent flat-out refused to process any refund, so it ended up being a complete waste of money.

ZZHIYIThere is a difference in the pictures of Ctrip. The original room booked was too small for a family of three. Later, I paid 3,500 yen to change the Japanese room. The living is comfortable, but the area is really very good compared to other hotel rooms on this self-driving tour in Japan. small.
