"We had a lovely family staycation at Colmar Tropicale and really enjoyed our time there. The surroundings were beautiful and made for a relaxing getaway. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made his birthday extra special, and we truly appreciated it. The service throughout our stay was excellent. Every staff member we met was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The only area that could use some improvement is the bathroom cleanliness, as it wasn't quite up to the standard we expected. Other than that, we had a great stay and created wonderful memories with our family. We'd definitely consider coming back again."

However, when I went down in the morning, there was no one at the counter. I waited from 5:30 a.m. until 6:10 a.m., and there was still no staff available.
During that time, I repeatedly called the number listed on their official website (+60 10-921 2677), but no one answered. At 6:10 a.m., I sent a WhatsApp message with my bank account details and left. The staff only replied around 6:30 a.m., and my deposit was immediately transferred to my account, which I appreciate.
Still, I hope the management can improve their coordination and ensure that the front desk is staffed as promised, especially when guests have notified them in advance.

"A very simple room. Toilet is pretty small and the whole toilet will be wet when you shower as there's no partition. and the placement of tissue paper a little far, on the other end. No free parking provided but at least the parking is just behind. Soundproofing is really bad so it's really noisy, you can hear people talking loudly outside and even the hair drying sound from next door"

"Though we went in July , there was no rush but still Check in was time taking . Hotel is attached to the adventure area, mall, sky avenue (cable car) . So no cabs are required to reach adventure park. Only the breakfast was not included so we had to search for good breakfast options. We took room in the 1st tower which did not had the valley view but the front view from our room was amazing , & we loved getting up in the morning with a view of moving gondolas ."

"I hardly know where to start... This is the largest howling the world, check-in is 100% automated, the rooms quality and view vary a lot at the ferry same price, and in order to rectify any problem the queue to the reception staff may well reach 250+ people, with waiting time UP TO SEVEN HOURS!
What is great there though, Are tha views from those rooms that have it (most of them don't) and vrwelcoming and professional reception and housekeeping staff. My problems were attendee very efficiently once I got hold of supervisors.
What truly shocked me us total absence of in-room internet, wired or wireless, free or chargeable. Come on, it's 2026th!!!"

"This hotel really amaze me. This one bed room suite come with 2 washroom, one with bath tub. And also come with 2 TV, 1 in room, 1 in living room. The room is clean, complimentary drinks in fridge. "The room was quite spacious and clean. The soundproofing was excellent, and it even had a small balcony. However, the front desk service was a bit chaotic and not very friendly. I was informed I could check in at 11:30 AM, but at the front desk, I was told the room wouldn't be ready until 3 PM. I eventually got in at 1:30 PM. The breakfast location wasn't clearly communicated either; there was no one at the front desk to ask, and it felt strange to have to inquire at the hotel next door. Thankfully, the breakfast itself was pretty good overall. You need to wear sports shoes to use the gym, otherwise, you can't get in at all – not even just to look without working out. Also, it's unreasonable to have to pay to go to the rooftop for photos."

Guest UserThe hotel front desk staff were friendly, and there was a Chinese-speaking attendant, so language wasn't an issue. The room was spacious, clean, bright, and luxurious! They even provided beautiful complimentary refreshments! The view from the window was especially good, with the clouds in the mountains below us. It's a shame the weather wasn't great during our stay, as it was very foggy.

Had a pleasant stay at Awana Hotel Genting. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall environment was nice and relaxing. The location was convenient, especially with easy access to the cable car and nearby attractions.
The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it was a good experience and I would definitely consider staying here again when visiting Genting Highlands. 😊

Hotel was at the end of the road, shared same entrance with Windmills apartment. No proper signage for me as 1st timer. Construction before the hotel made the road in such a mess, lorries driving like F1 chasing us making it so dangerous.

Nestled conveniently near Gohtong Jaya, this location truly stands out. The presence of a 7-Eleven and various restaurants nearby makes it incredibly practical and adds to the overall convenience. The staff were perfectly adequate, handling everything with a decent level of service. Furthermore, the provided car park is a definite bonus, making arrivals and departures hassle-free. All in all, the experience was well worth the price. I will certainly be returning in the future!

Faz MhmdI recently stayed at Hotel Seri Malaysia Genting Highlands for one night. The hotel has a rather dated appearance, and many aspects of the room, including the bed, wardrobe, and furnishings, seem unchanged for many years. While the room was spacious, the overall condition could benefit from refurbishment.
The room itself was reasonably clean, but the bathroom was less impressive. There were visible signs of mould and some dirt buildup, particularly in certain areas of the toilet.
One of the biggest drawbacks of my stay was the noise level. The hotel is located close to the main road at Gohtong Jaya, and traffic noise could be heard clearly throughout the night. As a result, I found it difficult to get a deep and restful sleep.
Overall, the hotel may be suitable for a short one-night stay if you’re simply looking for a place to rest before heading to Genting Highlands. However, for a stay of two or three nights, I would probably consider other options, especially if sleep quality and comfort are important to you.

emilyleyiMy stay at the Genting Ion Delmon Hotel was pleasant. I spent a night there and it's conveniently located close to Genting. The hotel's Garden Terrace on the 7th floor offered a good selection of food options. However, it wasn't a standard check-in process. To get the keys, you need to go to the designated parking spot on the 3rd floor of the parking level and find the car to locate the staffs. This Airbnb-style hotel, run by a company, had very helpful staff who explained how to use the hotel's lift. The room was clean, spacious, and conveniently provided essentials like bathroom tissues, shower gel, and towels. We paid a RM 200 deposit in cash upon check-in; our deposit was returned immediately upon checkout at the designated parking lot. Overall, the room was well-worth the value for money.

1st change room very Smelly bad odour and feel crippy. Terrible can't stay. Got something pasted at the wall.
2nd change room good and nice smell. Room big and comfort
