"We are a family of five who booked one double room and one triple room for 2 nights. Rooms are a little cramped, especially the triple room but the rooms, towels, bedsheets and toilets were clean. There are no partitions nor shower curtains, thus after every shower, we'd have to wipe dry the toilet seats. There was an air purifier machine in the triple room which worked well to clear the air in the room as there were no windows. The hair dryer in the triple room was faulty but was quickly replaced when reported. All of us rested well during our stay. Any minor inconveniences we experienced were more than made up for by the friendly and helpful staff, especially Ms. Bee."

"On our way back to Kuala Lumpur from Genting, we deliberately took a detour to stay at this chateau hotel near Colmar Tropicale, and it turned out to be the most delightful 'chill-out' spot of our trip. The location is superb, just a 5-minute walk to Colmar Tropicale, and the surrounding trails are perfect for leisurely strolls, leaving us feeling completely refreshed by the end of the day. I must particularly rave about the dining! For dinner, I initially went for a creative set menu featuring dishes similar to 'raw-marinated, cooked-marinated' style, but unfortunately, the chef was off that day. We opted for two other options instead, and they were absolutely divine – the French onion soup was so rich I wished I could have another bowl, and the fries were the crispiest I've ever had, a true delight for those who appreciate details. The post-dinner dessert and mung bean soup also defied expectations; I've had countless versions of these, but the flavors here were the most satisfying and not at all cloying. Breakfast was semi-buffet style, and I ordered so many egg dishes that I was stuffed. The Malaysian sausages seemed to be made of pure meat, which gave them a fantastic texture. I highly recommend having all three meals at the hotel; relaxing with good food and drinks is the perfect vacation. The check-in service here also felt like 'royal treatment,' with the front desk staff giving us a guided tour and explanation of the entire chateau. It was thoughtful and thorough. Although the room wasn't large, it was cozy, quiet, and had an excellent view. We were upgraded to the top floor, despite it not being a high-rise building. This place is perfect for a honeymoon or simply a few days of relaxation. I would definitely visit again."

"I was quite disappointed with my stay. When I made the booking, I specifically requested a room with a window, but I was given a room without one. The standard check-out time is 12:00 PM. At 12:02 PM, I received a call from the reception reminding me to check out. When I went down to the front desk, the first thing they did was hand me my deposit back. Honestly, it made me feel as though I was being rushed out or asked to leave, even though I was only two minutes past the check-out time. I hope the management will improve their customer service and treat guests with a little more courtesy and understanding."

"The room was big, clean, and cool. 😄😄 There was just a strong monkey smell outside the room, not inside. I hope the hotel can put out more air fresheners. 😅😄 .. I'll definitely come again next time. ❣️"

"The location is fantastic! There are plenty of restaurants downstairs and convenience stores within walking distance. Plus, there's ample parking around the hotel. All the attractions are just a 5-10 minute drive away. Highly recommend!"

"The concept of the hotel is pretty decent. It’s giving clean modern interior service apartment. The only down side part of the place is the water pump. Hot water is only there for abit and then cold water started splashing in after 3 mins showering. Then the hot water was back again for another few mins then its back to cold water. Plus the water pressure was super bad so ended up with a light wash up only. The TV in the master room couldn’t connect to the internet so I gave up as well and the hair dryer stops working forawhile when it overheats. So I needed to wait quite abit to continue drying my hair. Overall, its pretty decent place to sleep but I won’t be back again because of the water problems. This will be my first and last time."

"Came here for the view and amenities and it did not disappoint. Plus point was the selection of food at the mall, responsive and helpful service staff, and the netflix/youtube premium subscription. We enjoyed ourselves and will come back. Some useful tips for families: - kids will love the many heated pools - washing and machine included in room with detergent powder - full set of cutlery and dishes, even a teapot included in room - ask for extra room card and towels - kids will have fun exploring the many playgrounds and its worth it to book the private pool/darts, golf simulator rooms - fantastic privacy to avoid the weekend crowd at casino are"

"The hygiene was acceptable. The location is quite good if you're driving. There's a Thai buffet right next door, and plenty of other restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. The room came with two complimentary bottles of mineral water."

"Environment: The bamboo villa is very unique, with a natural and elegant environment and lush greenery. The only drawback is that there are too many wild dogs, and they bark when they see people, which is very scary. Service: The waiters are very friendly, but it would be better if they could help deliver the luggage to the room. It is still very difficult to find the room by dragging the luggage by myself, and the room number is on the door lock, and it took a long time to find it. Hygiene: Maybe because it is more primitive, the sanitation of the room is not very ideal. I saw gecko feces and ants on the sheets, but it may be unavoidable in this more natural environment. Facilities: The biggest complaint is that there is no wifi in the room, and the mobile phone signal is very poor and it is almost impossible to surf the Internet. It is a bit unacceptable for mobile phone users. If you want to surf the Internet, you have to stay in the lobby all the time. The water heater is not very powerful, and the water is cold when the temperature is turned to the maximum. Dining: Dinner and breakfast are both buffets. The green drink at dinner is very delicious.
