Ppanda9Spacious 2 bedroom unit facing mountain view. Quite new & clean but a reminder for the hotel cleaner that the bathroom sink needs to be cleaned/unclogged because it drains very slow. Most bathroom amenities are provided except for toothbrush & toothpaste. Do take note that check in is to be completed at Swiss Garden hotel lobby. Overall still good value for money.

NNurul Aina AthirahMy stay at Scapes Hotel Genting Highlands was truly enjoyable! The hotel has a modern and cozy design, and the room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable with a beautiful view of the highlands. The location is convenient—just a short drive to SkyAvenue and the attractions, yet quiet enough for a peaceful rest.
What stood out most was their breakfast – so tasty and satisfying, the best way to fuel up before exploring. Their omelette 🤌🏻🤌🏻 Marvellous!
The staff were friendly, polite, and very helpful throughout my stay, making check-in and check-out smooth. I especially appreciated their warm hospitality. The facilities are well-maintained, and the breakfast selection was tasty and satisfying.
Overall, it’s a great place to stay whether for a quick weekend escape or a family trip. I’ll definitely come back and recommend Scapes Hotel to anyone visiting Genting Highlands!

GGuest UserThank you for the excellent hostality for Geo Hotel to their Guest Relation Officer Check in Staff Syazwan, their humble head Chef Zack fm Prata section and the Chinese Chef plus another Malay Chef which we forgotten his name , their inhouse breakfast team GM and swrvers Mr Ismeil , and MR Rizal the guy whom helped us to book 2 grab taxi for us on our check out daty on 27/6 and the house keeping teams whom clean room 511. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel and the security personnel makes us safe to stay at the hotel on 24/6 to 27/6. The swimming pool was also safe and my kids love it.
Thumbs up pf the excellent service to the us. We will surely come again and stay at the hotel. We will recommend our family and friends to your hotel for the service and near food eateries...thank you and have a blessed July. Your sincerely Mr Fauzy 👏👏👍👍😊

Mmohd fauziGood place and valuable for big families. Always my first choice to staying here. This is the perfect hotel for a weekend getaway. The area on Main Street is a best kept secret and the offers everything you need if you don’t feel like venturing out.

GGuest UserStrategic location in Mid hill, easily to get food and convenient store around. Easily access from GPO or highland. Rooms is new and clean. Malaysia style breakfast especially Nasi Lemak is thumb up. The con is the noise, because near to the roadside.

AAnonymous UserWe went for a staycation with small kids. Purposely chosen this hotel for their Onsen Experience. We enjoyed the Onsen facilities, and its suitable for kids as well.
Rooms are generally clean. However the shower pressure can be improved. The staffs are very polite and patient to our queries too.
The downside of this hotel is the parking is in another tower. The hotel other facilities such as swimming pool, restaurants, playground are also in a separate tower. Altho its within walking distance, the hassle of walking from one tower to another, switching betweens lift is not convenient especially if your're carrying alot of stuff and during peak hours.

GGuest UserRead a few bad comments before booking but we thought only for one night so we're not dive into it too much. To our suprise, it was actually a very good experience for us. Although the view from the room isnt that much but the utilities provided, the cleanliness and amenities were suprisingly good and enough. And the agent was also so attentive as he/ she replied our text very fast. And if you guys wanted to catch sunrise, i highly recommend this hotel bcs of the strategic location. you can drive a little down the road to watch sunrise from the hotel. A lot of people there, too. Overall, would repeat booking here if i come back.

AAnonymous Userstudio was clean and comfortable, with all the essentials for a pleasant stay. however, the location was a bit far, and the check-in process was inconvenient (just a lil bit) since the check-in spot and the actual stay were at different places. It’s not the best option if you don’t have a car, as getting around can be challenging. Overall, a decent stay, but something to consider before booking.
