"I have had a few dining experiences at the restaurant on M Floor during breakfasts and dinners in a few occasions. I find the service there overall is good, however, with one exception that I would say that I encountered some discomfort at the egg frying section at breakfast time, at which I have to repeatedly asked for the same service I'd prefer and NOT the way they are used to. I thought I had to explain the same old over and over again when I showed people with high level of respect at all times which I find not nice and necessary in those incidents."

"I did not know that the room did not have a window in the living room 105 . The view from the bedroom was the fire stairs, which was quite shocking. However, the cleanliness of the room was very good, and the receptionist was really nice. On the other hand, the location and other aspects were very good. The service is quite slow when requested late at night, but quick during the day. Overall, it is a good hotel, and I recommend it."

But anyway, for Saudi Arabia, the price is acceptable in one aspect. But if you have a choice, I suggest you eat out or bring some food that suits your taste. It's not expensive to buy it in the supermarket. Other things are relatively ordinary, but it is a very good hotel for business trips. If you are on vacation, I don't recommend choosing here, after all, it is not suitable for a vacation atmosphere."

"The room was quiet big and spacious. The location was great. Breakfast needs alot of attention needs improvement, not much choice to choose from and the quality of food was not even up to the mark. The amenities in the room were of poor quality, the iron in the room was a simple one (no steam iron available) the shampoo n stuff was of very poor quality, the tv in the room was not working properly. I requested the reception to arrange a taxi/ cab to the airport which he simply denied thank GOD i had the cream app other wise i would have struggled to get a ride towards the airport."
