"This is my second consecutive year staying at this hotel. Booking a sea view room this time made the experience even better. Our room was conveniently located to the right of the lawn, just a 30-meter walk from the restaurant, which offered direct sea views. The rooms here are incredibly spacious and comfortable; I'll definitely book a full week on my next visit! Breakfast was pretty good, with freshly made noodle soup that was very satisfying. During the off-season, they even offer a 10% dining discount voucher. We could bring our fresh catch back from fishing directly to the restaurant to be cooked for 300 Baht per kilogram. It's a decent price; even though it's 50 Baht more expensive than the walking street, I personally feel Benhard Restaurant offers a much better and cleaner environment."

"Castaway is by far the best resort on Koh Lipe. It's quiet and tucked away from the busy walking street. It is perfect for anyone who is looking for a relaxing place to unwind and read a book and just check-out from busy life. A shout out to the Joy and Saul at the dive shop. Most resorts advertise having a dive shop but in reality what they have is an arrangement with a local dive center who pick you up and drop you off. Castaway's dive shop is in the resort and very friendly and professional. If you are a diver go talk to Joy, she's an amazing teacher."

"The most breathtaking part of my stay at Akira was undoubtedly opening the balcony door to find the hotel's iconic 100-meter pool almost at my feet. The azure water seamlessly merged with the beach just a few steps away, inviting me to jump in for a swim at any moment – an unparalleled feeling of connection and freedom. Waking up, I enjoyed a plentiful breakfast right at the poolside restaurant. The Pad Thai and freshly made omelets were delicious, and with the pool and sea views right in front of me, the holiday vibes were instantly maximized. While the room itself was a bit minimalistic, this unique 'pool-just-outside-my-window' experience is reason enough to visit again."

"I stayed 4 nights at Ananaya, and then 4 nights at Ten Moon. My most candid advice: if your top priorities are enjoyment, quality, comfort, and convenient surroundings, then only stay at Ananaya. It's the best, no doubt, especially the rooms with direct pool access. If you're looking for a more natural, eco-friendly experience, and you prioritize great sea views for photos, and don't mind sacrificing some room comfort, then Ten Moon might be for you. Based on my personal experience, I wouldn't choose Ten Moon again. While the service was very nice, I still felt uncomfortable and restricted – the room felt cramped and wasn't relaxing. It's especially unsuitable for older people, with all the up-and-down walking and uneven ground that comes with an eco-friendly setting."

"My stay at the Mountain Resort in Koh Lipe was truly an unforgettable experience! Our room was an absolute dream, featuring postcard-perfect ocean views of Koh Lipe that I will surely never forget. What really made this stay so special was the incredible staff. They were exceptionally good and attentive, treating us with a unique blend of respect and genuine affection that made us feel so welcome. The resort's amenities are also fantastic and very convenient. There is a shuttle bus service that takes you up and down the hill, running every 15 minutes during the afternoons, which made getting around effortless. Down at the beach, they have incredibly comfortable hammocks that are absolutely perfect for relaxing by the sea. I cannot recommend this resort enough. An absolutely wonderful experience!"

"Fantastic! The view is exceptional, and the beach is stunning and peaceful because the boats are docked on the previous beach. The staff are lovely, and the bar and restaurant are great value for money. The breakfast is very good, even if there isn't a huge selection. The location is perfect, the sunrises are magnificent, and the water is turquoise – it's a little paradise on earth. This is the best spot on the island. It's a 20-minute walk to Sunset Beach and barely 10 minutes on foot to the small center of Koh Lipe, where you'll find shops, mini-marts, and a bunch of small restaurants. Everything on this island is walkable, it's so peaceful and pleasant. We loved it so much that we added a fourth night to our stay! The little chalet is very cute, though it's not easy to sleep well without air conditioning; there's little air circulation, and it's heavy, but we survived. The bathroom does the job; there's no hot water, but honestly, you don't need it – a cool shower is very welcome when it's 30 degrees Celsius 24/7. It's an eco-lodge in the middle of nature, so you have to accept seeing a few little creatures sometimes; it's part of the experience :) You can rent masks for snorkeling and kayaks or try an introductory dive thanks to the agency right next to the beach. This is a quiet resort with no entertainment. For evening entertainment, head to Sunset Beach or the bars at the end of the hotel beach (you can also watch the sunset there, and the view is very pretty)."

"We enjoyed our stay in The Green Hotel Koh Lipe. The room was spacious, but a little dated. The room was clean but had some mosquitos and flys as the bathroom wasn’t fully sealed from the hallways and the light drew them in. Located about 10 minutes away from all beaches. Staff were friendly but not always present. Pool looked nice but we didn’t use it. We had an issue with the air conditioning in our room but were offered an upgraded room while they fixed it which we really appreciated."

"This hotel has an amazing sense of style — everything feels thoughtfully designed and really stands out. The atmosphere is modern, unique, and super inviting. What truly made the stay special, though, was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Everyone was welcoming, attentive, and always smiling, which made us feel comfortable from the very first moment. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish place with great service. Also we loved the Beach Access and breakfast !"

"This hotel was a lovely surprise for me and my fiancee, with a beautiful rustic charm that really adds to the experience. The pool is fantastic, and the beach is literally just steps away. It’s also within walking distance to Walking Street, with convenient taxi services available right outside the hotel. Breakfast offered a great variety of options, which was a nice bonus. While this isn’t a typical 4 or 5-star resort, what you do get feels 5-star, the stunning beach, the beachfront bar, the pool, and the very comfortable bed and pillows all stood out. My only minor issue was with the shower, as the hot water was a bit inconsistent. Aside from that, I would highly recommend this hotel and wouldn’t pay too much attention to the negative reviews. Koh Lipe is a small paradise island far from the mainland, and this hotel is a wonderful place to enjoy it."

"Loved it! 🥰🥰🥰 This stay completely exceeded my expectations. Each room is a small, standalone bungalow, and the hotel's beach is absolutely beautiful. The staff provides shuttle service to and from the pier. 🥰🥰 The rooms are very clean, and it's a short walk along the beach to both the pier and the walking street. For places further out, the staff will help you call a tuk-tuk. There are almost no downsides. I honestly didn't have high hopes before arriving, so I was completely surprised that a 500-yuan hotel could be this good! The only issue is that the service attitude isn't great, and the front desk staff seemed to judge people. "
