I threw away all the clothes, pants, and shoes I could, and scalded the rest with hot water, washed them again, and dried them with a hairdryer. It was incredibly exhausting and left me completely drained."

You can rent water sports equipment like kayaks and paddleboards, or just boats. The bungalows are small but have everything you need. The breakfasts are delicious, filling, and varied. They have their own sun loungers with natural shade from the trees, which really adds to the island vibe. The bar offers tasty cocktails, fresh juices, and coconuts. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and responsive. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from Walking Street, where you'll find everything you need (restaurants, bars, massage places, supermarkets, souvenir shops). Overall, Koh Lipe is an amazing island."

The room itself is quite new, and you can step out directly into the connecting pool. Adding an extra bed for a child cost 307 RMB (sofa bed + buffet breakfast), which was decent service. Right outside, to the right, are the pier and Koh Lipe's main shopping street. I'd definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit."

"This is a very famous sunset hotel with beautiful sea views. I was pleasantly surprised to find the bathtub downstairs, which I didn't discover until the second day. Soaking in the tub while enjoying the sea view was absolutely delightful! The hotel's food is quite tasty, especially dinner, where you can also watch the sunset – it's stunning. The staff speak a little Chinese, are enthusiastic, and have a great attitude. The beach is private to the hotel; the sand is a bit coarse, but it doesn't detract from enjoying the sea views or kayaking. It was excellent, and I'll definitely come back again!"

The AC blows directly onto the bed, but there's a handy, tall drying rack. I used to hang my clothes on it and place it between the bed and the AC, so the airflow would hit the rack instead."
