"I found the atmosphere of this property very relaxing and nice! Pitty: I was told after 8 pm cannot swim- pool is small but really, really nice on roof top- I was explained this was because of police and life guard supervision, should all respect. When I swam there was no no supervision or life guard, maybe because of Ramadan - the pool is only 1.3 m deep- suggest to let enjoy guests a late bath under the stars! This is a muslim place without alcohol, so I really don’t see the risk here- but maybe it’s a serious issue… Still highly recommended place if you search for quiet atmosphere and friendly hosts."

"The cost performance was excellent! I travel to resorts in Southeast Asia two or three times a year. This was my first time in Krabi in over 10 years, and there was little information or reviews from Japanese people, so I had a hard time choosing a hotel. All the hotels in Ao Nang Beach were not the best! There were always bad reviews about the smell of the sewage and humidity, so I decided to try Krabi Town, which is close to Krabi Airport, since I arrived late at night. This was a big hit! It was a wonderful hotel that I couldn't believe was 9,000 yen for two nights for two people. Good points 1. There is an elevator. This is rare because it is not common in Krabi. Comfortable. 2. There are many restaurants within walking distance. Several dim sum restaurants that are open from early in the morning, Thai food, seafood, pizza restaurants, etc. that are open until late. You will not have any trouble finding a meal. I chose the breakfast-free plan and went to a restaurant that had delicious dim sum and fried chicken! 3. It was about 5 minutes by Grab to the center of Krabi Town. It was easy to go to the night market. It's not the hotel's fault, but it's hard to catch a Grab, so it's better to have plenty of time. ④ The staff are all kind and nice. Even if they can't do something, they will think of the next solution. I was especially taken care of by the two veteran-like ladies. ⑤ Cleanliness The linen was clean and the pillows smelled good. Points that could be improved ① No safety box in the room There was a rental safety box, but the number was limited and I didn't know how to use it. So the lady staff lent me a hotel lock box shelf? ② Hair dryer Rental system. The wind pressure is very weak, but within the acceptable range. ③ Weak soundproofing of the room You can hear the sound of the hallway. Since I arrived late at night, I was taking a shower late, so I was knocked on the door from next door. It's quiet at night, but I can bear it for this price, and the other customers were mostly calm Westerners traveling alone or couples, so there was no noise. ④ Size and ease of use of the toilet, washroom, and shower room It's very spacious and clean. The shower is designed so that water doesn't splash into the toilet, and it's spacious and stress-free. There are no clogged drains or smells. The exhaust fan is always running, so there's no humidity. The water pressure isn't strong, but the hot water comes out well. ⑤Credit cards cannot be used or charged. This is true throughout Krabi, not just at this hotel. You can't flush toilet paper, but there is a Thai-style toilet shower! I was confused at first, but it's comfortable once you get the hang of it. In any case, this is the best value for money hotel, so I highly recommend it."

"Excellent value for money, beautiful view, friendly hosts, restaurant within 5 minutes walk with bean bags. Very loud music at night though but this is a Phi Phi island so if you are not a party animal bringing ear plugs will benefit you."

"Location: The location is indeed quite convenient, with plenty of good food options nearby! It's a bit of a walk to the beach, about half an hour on foot. Facilities: The hotel facilities are just average. The hairdryer in the room wasn't very good. For a price of six to seven hundred, the facilities are comparable to those in a two to three hundred dollar hotel. Cleanliness: The hygiene was also just average. Service: The service was very attentive."

"Overall, it was decent. It's about a 10-minute walk to Krabi Night Market. The downside is that it's right by the main road, so the soundproofing isn't great. Cars were rumbling by all night, making it hard to sleep."

"Not the resorts fault but the beach is rocky. Our longtail dropped us off in thing deep water and we didn’t know there were so many rocks that we had to walk on carrying our bags. I’m 62 female and I almost fell in afew tims as you slip off rocks.  Once in, the tour man on the beach was very friendly and he called the resort to get us a ride up the hill.  Our room that we booked we thought had a fridge but, Resort first room had no fridge so we had to pay another 500 baht a night for our meds so they could be in a fridge to find out the hotel has no power from 9 am- 5 pm daily. Our new room was by the pool, so that was nice. Lots of monkeys come daily to entertain you. The walk to the beach isn’t too bad but the prices for food or drinks are expensive.  We found a great restaurant just by our hotel that had 10 baht eggs each and each piece of toast was 10 baht - very reasonable. Pancakes with fresh bananas 80 baht and it was huge!  We booked this place in error and couldn’t cancel so be aware if using a site to book. and for the $100 Canadian a night it was too expensive for the location, another boat ride of 100 baht each to get to and then another to get off the hotel beach and then to go all day of no power.  Staff all very friendly, rooms are clean but out by the pool the same 2 towels stayed in a pile for the 2 nights we were there (no staff picked them up) and we never saw the pool get any attention inside the water or around the pool."

"Everything was perfect. Location at main road not far from supermarket. Receptions are very friendly and welcoming. This hotel provides free coffee to consume anytime. Can add on breakfast for 80thb. The toilet is clean and the water heater function well."

"The staff are incredibly friendly! Everything is clean and tidy. The room is small but very cozy! It's about a 15-minute walk to the pier, which is in the city center. From there, you can take a longtail boat to Railay Beach for 150 baht and enjoy the beautiful scenery."

"Overall, a good hotel. Very, very comfortable bed, despite the noise from the road, slept well. Thick curtains, good air conditioning. Very friendly staff. There is an elevator, it was convenient to take things up to the 3rd floor. Large private parking. Of the minuses - unstable internet, constantly disconnects. The light in the bathroom did not work, there was not always hot water. The furniture in the room was not very clean, with stains, as if it had not been wiped before check-in. And very dirty windows, as if they had not been washed for a couple of years."
