Mardin Hotels with Wifi

"it’s best hotel in mardin i was stay for 1 night everything is perfect and all stuff is brand neww"

"The hotel is conveniently located near several attractions. The service was excellent; they had someone waiting to pick us up at the taxi stand. What was truly unexpected and very much appreciated was that on the day we switched hotels, they even took us to the reception point of our second hotel (where someone else was waiting to take us to that hotel). We're so grateful for that! Breakfast was a bit average, but that's pretty typical for a traditional Turkish breakfast. The facilities aren't old, but it seems to be due to the mountainous region – the power went out a few times on the second day, and the internet was unstable."

"I liked the hotel and its facilities. I lost my phone in Mardin and the reception helped me find it technically. I have only one complaint. I bought this hotel through Trip.com. But the reception kept telling me that a reservation was made and payment was not received. They claimed that I did not pay even though I showed them my credit card statement and the screenshot I took from the trip application as PAID. There is obviously a systemic non-contact situation that has nothing to do with me. The receptionist tried to charge a credit card registered on the internet without my permission and when she could not receive payment, she said that my credit card was not valid. I made the payment through the application once and did not allow it to be recorded. I did not make a reservation as a prepayment, I paid in full, why would I record my credit card in the system and connect it. We encountered this problem when we entered the hotel, they did not solve it and when we left, they came again with the same statement and insisted that we did not pay even though we tried to say that we would catch the plane. The only thing that overshadowed my hotel stay was this lack of communication. If you make a payment from this hotel through another intermediary and purchase a service, be sure to keep the statements and screen recordings showing that you made the payment, you will not be able to justify yourself later."

"The room is very good. The historic old house is the best location overlooking the Mesopotamia Plain. The night view is great. The shower water is very large. It is very comfortable. The only thing for me is that the address is difficult to find and there are many steps to walk. I am exhausted. The boss's service is very very very. Okay, always do everything you can to help me."

"A good option for a Mardin stay. It is clean, the staff is incredibly nice and always available to help (even though the english level of some staff members made the communication a bit difficult sometimes, but we always worked things out). Gym is good and the pool area is really nice. 10 minutes drive from the old city. Really recommend it 😃"

"The road to the hotel just went higher and higher, but once we arrived, the view was amazing. The room was clean and spacious, but the terrace is the main attraction here. Since Mardin is 1000+ m above sea level, you feel that it's quite windy, which goes so well with the hot weather. The photos do not do justice to how beautiful it is, seriously underrated. Have recommended friends and family."

"Отличный отель. Находится на горке. Кому не нравятся лестницы, будет не удобно каждый день ходить. Завтраки превосходные. Терраса с прекрасным видом. Сотрудники просто замечательные. Помогали с любыми вопросами."

"On arrival, we thought we would have to take the suitcases to the mountain to the hotel. And in fact they left the airport of Mardina and immediately waited for us by the Havaş bus and the driver kindly said that we would be taken directly to the hotel. They went right next to the hotel door, which were very pleased. While waiting for the settlement, we were offered tea. In general, the staff is polite and friendly, though speaking English badly, but it didn't prevent us, there is an interpreter and a sister speaks Turkish. In general, in Mardine, it is bad with English, in terms of speaking speech. The room was three-bedroom, like in the old castle. We already lived in a similar place in Kapadokia. The breakfast is Turkish, we really liked the Turkish coffee excellent. And the view from the terrace at all is a bomb, to Mesopotamia. In general, next time only there!"

"If we ask what is the biggest expectation from a hotel, we consider the day-long tiredness to be quiet and beautiful. We stayed on the 6th floor, as 6-7 starts at night 1-2 E. Afternoon, a sound starts at morning 5-6 comes to the afternoon. 8. I can't think of the remaining on the 7th floor in one of the restaurant department in the floor. The sound is also on the street because the corners continue to car sounds until morning. I never recommend to my small family and baby friends if we come to the rooms. No baby's room for bed, nor you have done a shower toilet, it's a shame. The parking is okay because it's okay. Unfortunately, we never regret this money. We recommend not the only positive direction is the good intention and the laughter of the workers. They also want 900 per person for breakfast, if not everything. 0 points. Check the photos I have uploaded."
