GGuest UserI felt well around in this hotel. The rooms were very clean and modern furnished. I would like to emphasize the friendly and pre-eminent staff who were always helpful and made the stay even more pleasant. The central location is ideal for explorer the environment, and yet it was quiet and relaxing. A total of a great hotel – I'm very happy to come back!

GGuest UserI chose the suite at this hotel and had my own balcony and dining/lounge area with a view. It was very private because the use of the balcony was exclusive to ones staying at the upstairs suite. This building is almost 700 years old and located within the old city of Mardin, inhabited as early as 3000BCE. The staff was exceptionally hospitable and made everything comfortable, also spoke English well. One can order food and wine (that this area is know for) so it was nice to be able to dine in our private table and balcony. Breakfast was good, everything worked: wifi, tv, bathroom, airconditioning. Located within the old city, it was walking distance to the important places to explore. Be sure to let them know your arrival time in order to work out the logistics since parking needs to be planned and it would be easy to get lost in these winding streets. One needs to be in pretty good shape to walk around this city. I would recommend this hotel.

GGuest UserThe owner of the place made this ******stream Mardin a great trip in very useful directions. The hotel's location is very beautiful. I recommend. The private olive offered at breakfast is very beautiful.

GGuest UserI liked it just when we left the hotel, we stayed five nights, we were lazy workers, we were like our house, they were very gentle about cleaning in very good rooms, climate in very good breakfast, very perfect in the same way

BBusraThe people working at the hotel were so friendly and helpful. The room was clean and neat. The location is just walking distance to everywhere in Eski Mardin (Old Mardin). I enjoyed staying at Tuğhan Hotel.
