"The facility was better than expected and very clean and quiet (on the third floor). There is an elevator. Huge TV, but although other services were offered, you had to input your PW information, (which I wasn't willing to do), so you're stuck with regular cable stations, which were fine with us. Very cold A/C. Refrigerator was a little different and instructions not clear, but usable. Breakfast was provided and ample. Restaurant for dining within walking distance across the street (if you know how to dodge traffic). It's a good place to stay and I would stay again."

"Great experience for us, first time stayed in a ”boat house”, we find it very interesting and peaceful, everything is clean and equip, the view on deck was beautiful too. The only thing might need to bear in mind is all boat are right next to each other, and we are glad there was no big party / noise going on in the evening. If we have time, we will definitely stay for a few more days to enjoy the 'on boat life'."

"The front desk is a converted car office, just parked on the side of the road, very easy to find. After work at 5 pm, we arrived at 6 o'clock, and the staff put the key and map of the passenger late in the envelope with the name of the user. Place the envelope in the box in front of the office. When I checked out in the morning, I didn’t have time to go to work. I also put the letter and put it back in the same place."

"Delighted to have stayed 2 nights at the Kingsail Resort. The room was cute and clean with fridge and microwave. Air conditioning = great! The pool = great!
My daughter and I borrowed 2 kayaks for a one hour ride in the mangroves. It was very pleasant. We also happily took advantage of the laundry room.
The terrace at the back is well furnished with tables and chairs for reading, having a meal or simply enjoying life. All the furniture is new and comfortable. We observed manatees there during the 2 evenings.
The lady who works at the reception is very nice. She answered all my questions.
Only one point that could displease, but it was not the case for us: the many “wild” roosters crow before the sun even rises. We found them rather beautiful with their multi-colored plumage."

"This property is approximately 1 hr from Key West. Check in is handled remotely, works very well and we found the 2 night stay met our needs at a reasonable cost. GGuest UserMarriott's hardware is always guaranteed, except that the air conditioner can only cool, and it cannot be frozen at night.
I have to say that a young woman who checked in at the front desk had a very bad attitude towards the Chinese. At 7: 8 that night, there was only a young female staff member at the front desk, and there was an older guest checking in, so I've been waiting by the side, with a suitcase beside me. In order not to worry the front guests, I deliberately separated by one or two meters. Waited for more than 10 minutes. At this time, a white couple chose food at the bar and wanted to check out. When they saw me lined up, they stood on the other side and waited. Well, God's operation came, and the staff at the front desk immediately beckoned to another staff member in the lobby to come over, and that person quickly settled the bill with the white couple.
After standing for more than ten minutes, we have been blind to the fact that such a hotel that discriminates against Chinese people will never be able to stand still.

We arrived just after 5pm and thanked the staff for the thoughtfully prepared key envelope. The handwritten welcome message above made me very touched.
The room was clean and comfortable. There were bowls of dads and cutlery and coffee cups in the kitchen cabinet.
I met a family who was traveling in a RV and had been here for a week.
It is a friendly little world.
We need to hurry early in the morning and have time to experience the small pool
In short, it is a good place to live!

MMichael Thames$25/day resort fee due at check-in. The AC units shut themselves off after some undetermined amount of run-time. Had to keep flipping the breaker to get the AC to run. Temp never got to the setpoint and because it didn't run long enough, it never sucked the humidity out of the room.
Room was clean. Parking lot was crowded.

GGuest UserThe stay is in little cottages, or bungalows, very cute. We loved and appreciated that our pups were allowed to stay with us! Since we had our pups with, we especially appreciated having our own cottage which made it a bit more private. This was a family trip so we had rented two cottages. Both of them were extremely clean and smelled very clean upon arrival. Each bed was made up very nice and we appreciated the all white bedding. Each cottage also had a kitchenette and small bathroom. We also enjoyed the tiki bar and food truck onsite.

GGuest UserI booked two rooms for our friends both rooms were clean and the location was nice but our room the tv did not work well we called three times over two days yet got no responce.the most disapointing part was the resort facilities were not open the pool bar we never saw open and the bar at the waters edge was only open twice we called and was told the bartender couldn’t make it. We found TJs down the road and spent some evenings at that resort. The breakfast was not enjoyed by anyone in our party. I cannot recommend this resort.

LLex HarrisIt was comfortable enough for the price, couple of things 1) we found beer caps in the drawer and under the bed....we dont drink beer. 2) the door could have locked more securely, it was a bedroom door as the outside door with a easily picked lock on it and a slide lock on the inside. With a large gap between the bottom of the door and the floor, I dont know if you are aware of the 🦎 large lizards it was concerning. Everytime I heard a sound I jumped to look at the door. Lastly a rec area would have been nice, small table with a grill would have been great! Especially considering all the rooms dont have microwaves or kitchen areas. Over all we had a nice stay.
