The Cedar Beak Lodge under disguise of "ECO Friendly" does not provide any cleaning service. They do not clean the room or make the beds during your stay. However, after a long, and difficult discussion with the manager, they agreed to provide towels and linens, but they would not make the beds or clean the room. This obviously is not an ECO Friendly practice, unless they don't wash the used towels, and/or linens.
Due to poor service, and bad management, I checked out early, and moved to another hotel.

It’s close to the lifts, they have a shuttle, the main building rooms have been renovated, the rooms have fireplaces and kitchens

The place overall was great..check in went smooth and easy. Has everything you need. Pool, 2 jacuzzi, steam room, gym, restaurant, bar, game room, you can check out dvds. I would say the only downside for my stay was we were in another building and after swimming having to go outside in snow to get back to our building. Overall staff all around weals great and helpful.

The front desk was not service oriented- I was told one thing and then was told something totally contrary to the first request.
I will not stay here again.
Customer service does not exist anymore.

Room was too hot to sleep in. Our room was 75 degrees even with all heat and fireplace turned off. No breakfast option on site. Dinner option/restaurant is overpriced. Go next door to the Brian Head Lodge for food and drinks. Better prices and ambiance. They also have a $15 breakfast buffet.

It is very clean and nice that it is walking distance to Brian Head Ski Resort. Ryan was very helpful and knowledgeable during the check in process. I would come back here in a heartbeat!

Very good value and very spacious. The onky downsides were the E Parking had non E vehicles in the bays constantly and the second bedroom was very dirty down the side of the beds. Upon checkout recpetion waived the resort fee which closed the issue in my eyes.
