They don't give what they advertise rooms where not clean and the food was mediocre at best horrible food service wastoldby one employee if I want good food and roo.s that this is not the place because it's a cheap hotel they have

Una esperienza a dir poco allucinante la sig.ra Daniela dell agenzia gogo.it Agenzia di una serietà inesistente ,ci ha prospettato 5 giorni di vacanza a Villa Tina al prezzo Di 498 spacciandoci un hotel tranquillo con stanze ristrutturate .Appena arrivati in struttura ci hanno assegnato una stanza a dir poco orrenda ,sporca dove un bagno in camera a dir poco fatiscente , hotel senza ascensore ,cibo non male ma il personale di sala maleducato incompetente , unico pregio le signore della reception ,sconsiglio a chiunque di soggiornare in quell hotel insomma una vacanza da dimenticare

con mia moglie abbiamo fatto un viaggio ad ischia e abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel molto moderno come piace a noi, camere luminose e pulite, letti comodi, il personale ci ha accolto molto bene siamo soddisfatti

Tutto perfetto assolutamente secondo me fra i migliori!! Siamo andati un weekend con mia moglie e siamo piu che soddisfatti le camere sono molto grandi ed eleganti e il personale è molto gentile e cordiale.

soggiorno sull'isola andato bene, ci hanno accolto molto bene fin dall'inizio, alla reception c'era un signore molto simpatico, le camere erano grandi e luminose, letti comodi, molto buona la colazione la mattina

Perché di meno non si può mettere,camere sporche a livelli fantascientifici,avevamo schifo a lavarci (dati i bagni in pessime condizioni) ,nel dormire, non avendo la prima notte nemmeno il coprimaterasso,nel mangiare (anche se il cibo era buono) ma era tutto sporco,i tavoli non venivano puliti praticamente mai e le ciotole che contenevano il formaggio forse non erano mai stati puliti...non volevamo nemmeno uscire fuori dal balcone balcone per non toccare la tenda. Camerieri per niente all' altezza, poco professionali e con maniere poco gentili. Tranne la signora domenicana che è carinissima.non consiglio assolutamente questo hotel che a mio parere è davvero pessimo

Alloggi non veritiero alle foto,camere piccolissime e mobili datati e senza maniglie, personale del ristorante scortese e poco professionale e cibo pessimo , piscina con la muffa e sauna pessimissima

Camera: nella dépendance come da accordi, mobili sbeccati , nessuna cassaforte e sulle piastrelle del bagno ancora le colate dell'imbiancatura. Tavolo pranzo senza tovaglia, in 4 su tavolo 80x80 in un locale surriscaldato che definire sovraffollato è un eufemismo. cibo nc. , ossia commestibile ma con lo stesso sapore per tutto il soggiorno. Per raggiungere la spiaggia abbiamo calcolato 700mt. abbondanti con il ritorno in discreta salita. La piscina termale dimensionata per meno di un terzo degli ospiti presenti. Abbiamo avuto , non solo noi,l'impressione che abbiano infilato gente ovunque e che gli spazi comuni ed il personale non fosse opportunamente dimensionato. Sconsiglio vivamente

Poca serietà, poca disponibilità. Avevamo trovato la location su un sito con l' offerta del ponte del primo novembre. Ad un primo contatto la risposta è tempestiva e soddisfacente. Chiediamo di aggiungere un pacchetto per le bevande dal momento che sono escluse dalla pensione completa. Il nulla. Ricontattiamo stamane per avere altre notizie, messaggi visualizzati a cui per l'ennesima volta non viene data risposta.
