It is the second year that we return to this hotel. As always, we were welcomed with the u**ost kindness. They assured us of the same room as last year. The staff is very helpful and friendly at any time of day or night. The staff serving breakfast were also very friendly

Nice central hotel, not far from the Aragonese Castle. The glance upon arrival is good. The very well-kept outdoor spaces: two swimming pools and flowerbeds with plants and flowers. The room and bathroom are not of the latest generation, but discreet. The staff was very friendly and the food was good. Promoted!

"Fantastic" cuisine based on chicken and pork as well as "washed" pasta. I was close to the swimming pool with the purifier motor noisy and it was impossible to close the windows because there was no air conditioning. Apart from a scoop of ice cream, desserts non-existent. Never again

Beautiful structure surrounded by greenery and a few steps from the center. Nice and friendly staff, 2 outdoor swimming pools with all comforts. We stayed 3 nights in July. Good breakfast. We did not use the restaurant service but the snack bar on one of the 2 swimming pools was excellent. I highly recommend it.

I stayed a few nights in this hotel with an enviable position. Good general services. The incredibly disappointing breakfast, I preferred to give it up, you can't start a day with such a breakfast. I prefer to improve it because it is really inadequate.

Dated hotel but absolutely well kept! The rooms are large and of different levels, some with shower curtains and different finishes but during the booking phase they are fully described and there are no surprises. Excellent cleaning. The gardens surrounding the large structure are well-kept and lush, as are the swimming pools. In the larger pool, which is closed one day a week for cleaning, there is also a very well-functioning corner bar, also for quick snacks. I confirm the excellent position between Ischia Castello and the center; from here you can also move on foot with ease. A great added value is the courtesy, patience and friendliness of the young owner (but not only), always available and smiling. But there is a but .... catering. Meals are provided in a large room that absolutely needs a makeover but the real problem is the kitchen and the staff. Breakfast consists of a basic buffet: cereals, rusks, packaged jams and chocolate, yogurt and juices in jugs, bread. Then they bring a croissant and a slice of dessert to the table, both industrial. Coffee or something else directly with the waiter. Salty on request: eggs, salami, slices of cheese. There is an ancient oven to heat the bread with a lot of patience. In the choice of the menu for the main meals there is elasticity with regard to lunch / dinner dishes but the quality is low, especially in pasta and fish. The head nurse must be "understood" and not bored him, so then he takes a liking to you and follows you more carefully. We laughed at her (even if the roast rabbit proposed again in the Ischian style two days later was too much) but there was a bit of discontent among the guests. The hotel management is aware of this situation; I think it's the first year that they collaborate with this kitchen staff or even better in the meantime things could be improved. However, it is a hotel to be taken into consideration even just for an overnight stay. Wi-fi in fits and starts

On the occasion of our anniversary we stayed in this hotel The location is excellent, quiet but a few steps from Ischia Ponte (15 minutes on foot) and close to Ischia Porto (30 minutes on foot) The staff is very kind The rooms are very clean but the beds are not very comfortable. Hotel immersed in a beautiful and well-kept garden, swimming pools with well-kept sunbeds and umbrellas. The interior, the rooms but especially the bathrooms are very basic and in need of modernization. Good cleaning service. The sore point is the restaurant for both quality and quantity / variety of food. Choice between two first courses and two second courses, then fruit always the same. Hasty and unfriendly restaurant service. Good location close to the bus stop
