This resort is authentically Mexican, which we enjoyed. The flora is absolutely beautiful. It is walking distance to the ferry to go to Isla Mujeres. Our room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The pools are nice and clean. The food is also good. The one issue that we had is that we could not get into a restaurant during our stay since you need to make reservations well in advance of your arrival and ******* did not provide us with this information. Omar, Raul and their Manager helped us resolve that situation. They were more than willing to listen to us and we sincerely appreciated their help and support. Overall, a nice vacation.

The staff were awesome. We loved David with the pool activities. He made the games so fun for our kids. Hotel rooms are beautiful and kept very clean. My kids loved the room service.
The only down side is how far excurssions are from the resort

It has become too expensive. We miss the Japanese restaurant. The breakfast buffet was great. It was very difficult to make dinner reservations. The servers and maid service and all employees very welcoming. Pedro on the evening shift in the buffet room, very special service. Eric on the morning shift the same.

Beautiful resort , not overcrowded. Amazing stuff and amenities. Food and services are great too. 4 stars resort but had feeling that should be 5 stars easy!!!

We lived the food at all the restaurants. Best I've had at an all inclusive.
The service was amazing and everyone was very friendly.
One issue was staff are quick to take pool chairs from people that have reserved them (which everyone does). We had ours taken away twice before we even got back to the pool ar 10am. Also saw this happen to others with both chairs and umbrellas.
Overall though, we had a great time and would definitely return.

From my first email contact with Menphis who went above and beyond for making sure everything my family and I could have ever needed during our stay the resort. Food is over the top amazing only restaurant we didnt get a chnace to do where the Italian place and the premium restaurant. A big thank you to Nancy(greeter) at legends who every time atleast 6 of them found away to get a table for us. IGNACIO(Nacho) served us every time and hos service was amazing and showed such great care and attention to my kids. This was our first family destination trip and I would highly recommend you stay at this resort you wont be disappointed.
