The nicest people who elevate service to an art. Food was delicious - rooms were spotless and very comfortable. We would give it 9 stars on a 5 star rating. All the comforts of home in a hotel /guest house experience

Wonderful friendly welcome. Warm and cosy room after a cold wet day. Then a roaring fire in the lounge with a lovely glass of wine - perfection. The fish pie and salmon fillet - oh my - absolutely delicious, you must come!

Atholl House is a lovely inn, our favourite stay of a three week trip to Scotland. We were warmly welcomed by our hosts for our four night stay. Our room was very comfortable and we so appreciated the welcoming lounge where we had a drink at the end of busy days exploring the glorious Isle of Skye. The on-site restaurant offered self-serve breakfasts (included) with very nice locally sourced options, and great dinners as well. It truly felt like a home away from home. We highly recommend Atholl House and hope to return one day.

We ended up in Dunvegan on a whim. After checking out the castle, we found this gem for lunch. We enjoyed the soup & then yummy cakes & tea for dessert. Great service & we would highly recommend.

Wonderful small hotel which is very clean and nicely appointed. Really makes one feel at home, including the lounge area and fire place. Hotel personnel were wonderful and service was excellent, including restaurant.

The hotel was safe, warm, cozy. I particularly liked the breakfast. Our room was very small, even by Scotland standards. It was not a happy moment to check prices after we had checked in to find a HUGE reduction in the nightly rate. But we did have a good stay there.

My husband and I loved our time at Atholl House and are already planning a return visit. The house itself has been renovated and decorated beautifully and the rooms are spacious and comfortable.
Breakfast was wonderful each morning and we booked a table one night for dinner which was also delicious. Jennie and the rest of the staff were so kind and accommodating and we loved spending evenings with a drink in the lounge.
We loved the Dunvegan area and being able to walk down to Blas Cafe, The Old School restaurant, and other local spots.

We had a lovely time here! We had a tasteful dinner!!! The receptionist was very polite and kind! The service was wonderful !!! We recommend it for anyone who want to visit.. it is good for children also! We’ll make sure that we’ll came back one day !!
