What can we say about this hotel apart from the setting which is very beautiful but far from everything! to avoid for the French!! The Italians do not integrate you!! On our arrival we were allocated a room and surprise, just above the door, a nest of bees had settled there!! The room change took place 2 days later but because I had to “get angry” and the French Coralia manager took care of it!! The All exclusive formula, let’s not talk about it for me, it’s more of an all-inclusive formula! You have to pay to have a bottle of water: €1.50 for a small one and €3 for a large one! No snacks between meals otherwise you have to pay!! And the water is not drinkable!! You should always have your wallet with you! There are only 2 animators and the manager! All the animations are Italian, they do not include French animators!! You wait for a drink if an Italian arrives after you it is served first!! And let's not talk about excursions!! Too expensive and if you are not at least 12 people it is canceled! 2 days before our departure new rules you need a swimming cap to go in the swimming pool and you have to pay to play tennis etc. on our arrival we had to pay the tourist tax 14€/person fortunately we had paid by credit card because at reception when we left they asked us to pay it again!! We arrived at around 3:30 p.m. when we checked in we didn't get a glass of water or a snack we had to wait until the evening to eat!! This hotel has been closed for 6 years lots to review!! The French have nothing to do there!! this hotel must remain mainly Italian!! First trip to Italy, I won't go back there again!! My resen**ent is that the Italians really don't like the French!! Promo stays told us that the hotel was French-speaking but apart from 2 French entertainers who do not speak Italian and the manager, this is not true!!

It's a former Valtur village, now a th resort, and it's a beautiful place. The arrival of the guests in conjunction with the opening caused inevitable problems, but the availability of the entire staff, from the director to the technicians, from the restaurant to the entertainment, to the cleaning ladies was such (one of the technicians called at 11 evening he arrived promptly to fix the air conditioning) to make the stay positive in any case. They will definitely be on top next year.

Despite small things still to improve let's say it was a nice holiday, the only flaw to solve is the sea too far from the hotel and with the heat 245 steps are really unsustainable ...........

The structure has recently reopened with the TH group, so they still have to organize themselves well with times, staff, quantity and quality of food ... Large and clean rooms. Strong point is the animation, very engaging and fun. Nice and prepared guys who offer many games, sports and activities. The shows at the end of the evening are really enjoyable. (People complain because there are 300 steps to go down to the beach. However, it said on the websites! The structure is at the top and the beach below. If you don't like it, you don't even have to book! Going down is no problem , to go back up to the limit there is the shuttle). The beach is long with fine pebbles. Clean and blue water but there are rocks, bring your shoes. The photographer of the Cri village is very good. Nonetheless pleasant experience!

Shameful reception service only the Directors are saved, restaurant without air conditioning in this period when the temperatures are 42 degrees bad to eat and inadequate service non-existent beach service they arrive on time only when they have to close the umbrellas to not talk about the little man at the bar after 4 days of good morning and thanks again I don't understand if he is silent but rude for sure bad structure never again

Bellissima vacanza con tutta la famiglia. Location bellissima, un posto stupendo immerso nel verde. Bella anche la struttura anche se riaperta da pochissimo. Molto suggestiva la spiaggia ad uso esclusivo del villaggio, raggiungibile però con una lunga scalinata, questa forse la nota dolente, anche se basterebbe aumentare le corse della navetta, oltretutto già presente. Grazie anche agli animatori (Adrian, Manuel, Giovanni, Jasmine, Tom, Claudia, Giorgia, Flavio, Leo ecc.) sempre presenti ma discreti che ci hanno incluso nei loro giochi e nelle belle serate a teatro. Molto carina e professionale anche Cristina che ci ha scattato delle foto stupende. Grazie a tutti voi.

Io e la mia famiglia siamo tornati a casa oggi, con tanta tristezza. Siamo stati veramente bene, i miei genitori festeggiavano 50 anni di matrimonio ed è stato molto piacevole trascorrere lì questi giorni con tutta la famiglia, fratelli, nipoti...il pezzo forte della struttura sicuramente la location, con una veduta meravigliosa e i ragazzi dell'animazione simpatici, cordiali, mai invadenti e sempre sorridenti. L'unica pecca il servizio navetta, si dovrebbe intensificare, per il resto tutto davvero al top...

Villaggio ex Valtur ristrutturato e riavviato da poco in un contesto naturale fantastico. Circa 300 scalini per accedere alla spiaggia privata che alcuni criticano ma che per i pigri come me sono un assoluto toccasana ed occasione per fare quel minimo di movimento giornaliero molto utile al benessere fisico.
