On the upside: the B&B location is quite and close to the airport. The outdoor/pool area is really nice if you have a chance to use it. Free parking on the property is also very convenient. Our experience: we got a pretty depressing semi-finished, bare-bones room adjacent to a dumpster (see pictures). The sleeping area was located in a loft and the stairs to access it are extremely inconvenient: steep, wobbly and so noisy that using it during the night will wake up everybody else in the room. Also, I cannot count the times we smashed our heads on the slanted sleeping loft roof, and we are just 5' 8". Hosts were homey, unprofessional and intruding. Also, the check-in procedure resembled the ones cheap motels you see only in the movies use: we were ask to pay at check-in before we had any chance to see the room. Breakfast was poor: only sweet, pre-packaged items and processed food.

amazing experience! super friendly and very accommodating, absolutely loved our stay after such a chaotic and stressful day at airport. they even made a trip to airport to drop us off the next morning way cheaper than any taxi we had gotten.

We had an evening flight into Rome and were heading to the Amalfi coast the following morning so we needed somewhere to stay overnight. I chose Number 60 because of its proximity to the airport. This was an unexpected gem at the beginning of our holiday. It's in an industrial area which, in the dark, didn't create the best first impression. However once inside the gate of Number 60 it's a different story. It's a beautiful little oasis with lovely gardens. The hosts are the most welcoming people I've ever met and go out of their way to be helpful. From insuring that we were able to get dinner nearby even though it was quite late to giving directions for our onward travels the next day. Fabrizio was an excellent breakfast host and took obvious pride in the fresh fruit from his own farm that was served at breakfast. The room itself was clean and comfortable and we had an excellent nights sleep. I would 100% recommend spending a night here.

Arrived in Rome but could not fly on to Bari until the following morning so we deduced to stay in a place near the airport. Number 60 was ideal for this… not very expensive and close to Ostia Antica. After we walked through Rome’s ancient seaport we ate in a restaurant just outside the site. Fabrizio was a wonderful host and gave us a lift to the airport the next morning (for less than a taxi or Uber). Rooms were clean and it was quiet at night. Highly recommended if you need a place for a day or 2 far from the crowds in Rome.
