The hotel looked classy and neat in the pictures however everything was just surface. It was really dirty, the sheets were stained, the bathroom and toilet was dirty. AC was not working and there were no blanket for a cold night.

I booked a hotel with them and my flight been cancelled for a reason and I tried to cancel my booking or change the booking for another days they refused and I didn’t get any money back

Tek kelime ile berbat istanbulda bir çok otelde konakladım hiç bu kadar kötü hizmet almadım hijyen açısından çok kötüydü çarşaf lekeliydi değiştirilmesini istedim resmen zorla değiştirildi tuvalette çöp değiştirilmemişti odaya konulan kahve iki kişi konaklamamıza rağmen sadece bir taneydi su verilmemişti havlular eksikti duş jellerinden birisi kullanılmış şekilde yarımdı otele giriş yaparken resepsiyon tamamen kırık dökük tadilat halindeydi molozların üzerinden atlayarak asansöre geldik sürekli inşaat sesi duymak zorunda kaldık bu durum gelmeden önce tarafıma bilgilendirilmedi ilgilenen personel size tadilatın özürü amacıyla daha büyük bir odada hizmet vericez dedi fakat sonradan iptal etti iki saatimiz haber beklemekle geçti odaların ses yalıtımları berbattı yan odadakiyle resmen sohbet ediyordum klima kumandası yoktu oda fotoğrafda gözüktüğünden çok daha küçüktü banyo kapısı kapanmıyordu duşa kabinin perdesi çok inceydi karşı binadan bakan birisi net görür durumdaydı konumunun merkezi olması cazip gelmişti fakat sürekli bi yokuş inip çıkıyo olmak yoldan da bezdirdi kapısının önünden dahi geçilmesini tavsiye etmiyorum

Место положение: Очень высоко в гору, но зато тихо и близко к центру.
В номерах не было ремонта очень давно. В ванных комнатах плесень.
Уборка не проводиться, проживал неделю ни разу не удрались.
Персонал готов помочь во всём и это единственный плюс.

Не плохой отель, с хорошим расположением, для любителей прогуляться .Кому проблематично подниматься вверх на гору, будет трудно без транспорта.
Прекрасный персонал, очень отзывчивый и дружелюбный.
Номер не большой, но уютный, единственный минус для меня - прокуренный, пришлось держать окна открытыми
