Clean for sure, nice people, location not so good, even so it's not too far from the airport.

Hotel was a night stop over before travel next day from airport. It is far from anything but it did us well. Helpful reception staff. The room was clean , tidy and comfortable.

Very nice place but AC did not work and electric card kept turning off. Apart from these minor issues the room was perfect and would 100% stay again.

This hotel is at a very good location . Just 12 minutes from Istanbul Airport. Their staff are friendly and helpful. The environment and the rooms are clean. I will definitely recommend this for my family and friends because I got value for my money.

Everything was good except the noise from outside, the room is clean and comfortable but it needs to be soundproof. The staff is polite and respectful. I benefited from the early check in and late check out. I really recommend it if you don’t want to go to the city center daily.

The staff of the hotel is very helpful and polite. The services from the Airport was very accurate. They send you clear information throughout your phone about any details that you need to know to reach out your transportation. I arrived very early at 6:30 am in the morning and they allowed me to do my check in; that way I could rest after my trip. Thank you so much to Mr Caffar and Mr Kadir for your good services. I am definitely will continue coming to this hotel.

Great Reception 24hr service we ordered food around 1.00 in the morning and it arrived hot within 45 minutes. Comfortable stay with a 3 year old child. Hotel echoes a bit from other guests using the elevator and hallway. Great location for a simple quick stay. Shower and bed before heading back to airport.

Terrible hotel and staff, I don’t recommend at all. I would not book this hotel again! 1. Terrible neighborhood, super ugly, nothing to do, nothing to see, low infrastructure like in a developing country, not the usual Istanbul, I would rather say this is a village in the middle of nowhere. The gas station was the most modern shop. 2. Very loud environment - planes are flying ALL NIGHT every 5-10 minutes close above this hotel. 3. Loud staff - two people at the reception watched tv and news all night at a high volume, spoke in a loud voice and made other noises, which you could hear all too well through the hallway, even though my room was on the first floor. 4. Unsafe - Room did not have a key and could not be locked! When I talked to the staff about this after checking in they said they have not had a chance to install a card system and they don’t offer a key. 5. Untrustworthy - During my check the girl at the reception asked me to let her call a taxi as she said the taxi drivers on the street are untrustworthy. I agreed and saw later how the taxi driver gave a commission into her hand and charged me 3 EUR extra, as the taxi meter was already running when he arrived. When I spoke to him about it, he said that it was not right that this extra cost was not mentioned to me but that’s how things are done in Turkey. 6. Room does not look like shown in the pictures. Super ugly colors and cheap materials are being used with poor workmanship.

It was smelly there. Bad location. But staff were friendly.

Fully Recommended for someone who has transfer flight for more than 1 day.
