Vvr Hotel

hotel is located in best place, a vivid area of Istanbul with great shopping opportunities. Closeness to Taksim and to the airport shuttle bus is a definite benefit. I was upgrated by the hotel manager who is very kind and forthcoming. I would choose again this hotel for my next short trip in Istanbul.

Hi all, don’t even think staying in VVR hotel Harbiye/Istanbul!!! COCKROACHES, dirty and not very hygienic bathrooms, PEALING WALL PAPERS, NON working elevators, sometimes short fuses no light in the room! old bed sheet with the hole on them. From the TOP management to the cook everyone TERRIBLE! Breakfast is included TERRIBILE! Front desk staff Terrible specially “Ali Bey he is so carless and non considered for anything ” (Exp Ramazan Bey) So called Managing Director “Onur Bey” TERRIBLE Some WEB sites NON SOMOKING BS! Every room is allowed to smoke!!! FOOD, Cleanness, Personnel, Management all TERRIBLE there is lots of hotel around.

Beautiful and clean rooms with helpful staff. Hotel manager was so nice and he helped me by answering my questions and concerns. Can’t wait to go back to Istanbul and stay in VVR hotel again!

Rezalet bir otel, küçücük bir oda ve nefes almak neredeyse imkansız, içeri girer girmez kafa ağrıtan bir sıcaklık, üstelik yangın alarmı bile geçtim normal oda camı bile yok. Resepsiyona gittiğimde bana gösterdikleri diğer odalarında hiçbir farkı yok. Klimanın çalişmadığını odaya girer girmez söyledim, bakacaklarını söylediler, 2 saat sonra tekrar döndüğümde sorun çözüldü mü diye sorduğumda “bakmayı unuttuklarını” söylediler … Daha sonra bir kac kez resepsiyona inip belirtmeme rağmen zar zor gelebildiler ve çözüm bulamadılar... Ayrıca resepsiyondaki hanımefendi nin üslubu ve bağırarak konuşması hiç hos değildi ve saygısızcaydı. Mecburen 130€ verip (!) iki kat daha pahalı bir odaya geçmek zorunda kaldım ve bu sefer sıkıntı disaridan gelen çalişma ve vantilatör sesleri… Türkiye’ye birçok kez geldim ama ben böyle rezillik yaşamadım. Param la rezil oldum, inanılır gibi değil, daha hijyen konusundan bile bahsetmedim, asansör önünde elinizi silecek dezenfektan yok. Resepsiyon sizi adam yurduna bile koymuyor, sanki amaçları sorun çözmek değil sorun yaratmak .Deluxe kalan annem bile dışardan gelen seslerden şikayetçiydi. Hayatımda kötü yorum yazmamnış biri olarak size son olarak tavsiyem bu otelden uzak durun. Dinlenmek için geldiğim bu otele daha yorgun bir hale büründüm.!!

I booked 1 room for 12.07.2021 from VVR Hotel with agoda.com and the payment was taken from my credit card at the time of booking. When I contacted to VVR Hotel, they said that they would not give a room, stating that they suspended their agreement with Agoda. Applications have been made to the necessary authorities. The suspicion of fraud is very high, so it is not recommended to be preferred.
