The staff here truly care about their customers.
I love their customer relationship manager Tülay, their reception boys Ozan and Daniel, and the cleaning lady Emdom, they were the warmest staff I ever had during my four month global trip.
The hotel is new, modern and clean.
I don’t really enjoy the breakfast too much. Too little vegetables and fruits options.
But with this budget, probably this is the most price effective stay for any business or tourism traveler here, still some improvements on details. I love this place in general. Recommended.

Amazing hotel, very clean and comfortable , the staff were very friendly and helpful and kind, good price, give u free drink , warm welcome when you check in , I really recommend who don’t smoke ,

早餐屬於典型的土耳其早餐，中國人有可能吃不慣！但是對我而言還是不錯的（物有所值）
服務員態度非常好，土耳其大部分的酒店其實服務態度都挺好的（便宜的除外），這點歐美酒店無法和土耳其比，服務員英文不是很好，但不影響交流（話説國人英語也是二把槍）
酒店負一樓有健身房，不大但是設備都是新的也很齊全，對我這種經常運動的人很友好
我們一家三口，住的大床房臨時給我們加了個小童（七歲）沙發床，沒多餘收費
酒店臨近海灣，附近（步行大概七分鐘）有個類似於《世界之窗》的公園（所有土耳其知名景觀得微縮模型）！打車大概120里拉到塔樓餐廳，230里拉到索菲亞教堂 ，酒店附近有公交站，不過不懂土耳其語，不建議乘坐

酒店很新，允許2點退房這點很好，但是裝修的氣味很重，開窗外面大馬路的汽車又很吵，總體來説不推薦入住。

회의 참석을 위해 출장 중 숙박했습니다. 관광지와는 거리가 좀 떨어져 있어서 불편할 수 있지만, 회의장에서는 가까워서 매우 편리했습니다. 호텔 직원들은 모두 친절하여 문의 사항에 잘 대답해 주었습니다. 특히 아침에 제공하는 터키식 브런치가 음식의 종류도 많고 매우 맛있었습니다. 커피와 티도 모두 좋았습니다.

The rooms were excellent and the view of the junior suite was also incredible! Their restaurant H&lime serves the best chocolate ive ever had (its all made from scratch) and overall, the staff was very kind and showed the best hospitality throughout :)
