We have previously stayed at this hotel chain in the village of Kirish. This was the determining factor when choosing a place to stay in Istanbul. The hotel is cozy, when we checked in we were upgraded to a very spacious room with sofas, a large bed and robes). The breakfasts are excellent. Delicious, there is always something to choose from. I was especially pleased that there is soup.  There are cafes nearby and a large party street with a huge number of shops.  Thank you

This exquisite hotel is located on Istiklal Avenue, a 10-minute walk from Taksim Metro Station (M2 (subway) & F1 (cable car) lines), and a 15-minute walk down to Tophane Tram Station (T1 line) to the Golden Horn and Old Town area. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from several supermarkets such as Sok, Carrefour, Migros and Macrocenter. In addition, there are many famous Turkish restaurants, dessert shops and specialty bars on Independence Avenue near the hotel. The family room can accommodate up to 4 people. The room has a panoramic view of the old town. In addition to a king-size double bed, the room also has 2 comfortable, soft and wide sofa beds. The hotel offers a buffet breakfast (7:30~10:30) with a variety of continental and local Turkish cuisine.

Please avoid it, it's too bad. To sum up: it's dirty, the front desk service is bad, please see for yourself how dirty it is. This is the room that the hotel front desk said was prepared in advance. Environment: On a big uphill slope, there are bars around the hotel, which will be open until one or two in the morning, two or three in the morning. It doesn't matter. You can be mentally prepared by reading reviews in advance. But the room is so clean that you can't check in. The paper towels on the table are half a box. You can imagine it! It's like sitting on pins and needles. Check in for 3 hours and check out decisively to the lacklist. It's really a bad experience. The hotel front desk deliberately speaks English very fast, pretending to understand you sometimes and pretending to be stupid sometimes. Ctrip customer service told us that the room was not clean. When we checked out, he apologized and said to change the room. At this time, the English speed was normal and we could communicate. You can experience it yourself.

It's right in the pedestrian street, so you have to drag your luggage around, but it's very convenient to go out and play. There are a lot of places to eat and shop nearby. The room is big, the price is affordable, and the service is OK. I highly recommend it.

Amazing hotel. Situated in a great area, everything you need is nearby - shops, transport, attractions. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help you with any issue. The area is clean, the courtyard was pleasing, very cozy. The rooms are clean, there is no unpleasant smell, everything is clean and tidy. Thank you!!!!

The room was small, the suite was also small, and the main thing was that there was a bar downstairs, which was so noisy that I couldn't fall asleep until 3 or 4 in the morning. I decisively checked out early the next day. The hotel also charged me an extra 20 euros for the child to arrive, and later Ctrip helped me to cover this fee. Conclusion: Don't book this hotel.

This hotel doesn't look big, but it actually has several buildings and is not close to public transportation. The funniest thing is that when we first checked in, we didn't know it was only a few steps away from Istiklal Avenue 😂😂 We walked counterclockwise back to Istanbul and found it when we checked in again. I really felt like I missed a billion hahaha The service is very good and the room is big! Under the current skyrocketing prices in Turkey, this hotel is very cost-effective! When we checked in for the second time, we were given an upgrade and fruits were given. Thank you very much to the front desk guy! The guy who carried the luggage was also very enthusiastic and responsible. I will choose this hotel next time I go to Türkiye

The room is very clean. Istiklal Street is very close. It's just a few steps away. There are many restaurants and shopping places nearby. Overall it's very convenient. I will come here again next time. It's much better than the old town. The breakfast is also delicious.
