The hotel manager and I had miscommunication about a refund for the room. I was under the impression that if I cancelled I would be given a refund. I checked out 3 days early and (surprise) he said he said no such thing. Whatever, I guess there was a language barrier but he was not great in the way of Turkish hospitality.
Besides the communication issue, it was one of the dirtiest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Holes in the sheets, holes in the towels, room was rundown, shower door broken and water leaked onto floor, and it felt dirty. View out my window was a demolished building with garbage piled on top. There’s lots of great hotels in the area- I’d stay somewhere else and wouldn’t recommend this one.

Хорошее расположение отеля, сотрудники пошли на встречу и разместили наши чемоданы пока готовили номер мы ушли гулять. Уборка в номере номенальная, подушки и одеяло комками, полотенца желтые, одно даже с дыркой. Полы липкие, в душе в углах галет и плесень. Кондиционер не дул совсем, муж помыл сетки хоть работать начал приложу фото количества пыли смытой с сетки кондиционера.

Отель прям рядом с мечетью.Красиво!
Но пропал вай фай и долго не было его.Вроде перебои были на всей улице,но мы точно не знаем.
Номер хороший.Кровать большая!
А,ну не работал ещё телевизор ,и под конец перестал фурычить кондиционер ))
В общем,с техникой - не очень,но в остальном - хорошее местечко для недлительных ночевок.

Место идеальное, тихая улица и при этом в самом центре. Малая ай София видна из окна. До голубой мечети и Ай София 5 мин пешком. В соседнем здании ресторан с вкусной едой. Супер приветливые ребята на рецепшн. Готовы помочь . Нет лифта. Кровати удобные

I stayed at this hotel during my trip to Istanbul and was very happy with everything. The room was simple but very comfortable, and we had fresh towels every day, which was a nice touch. What really made the experience special was the hospitality and kindness of the owner. He was always there to help us with anything we needed – and even small personal requests. You can tell he really cares about his guests. The location was convenient, the price was very affordable, and overall it was a pleasant and relaxing stay. I felt welcome and safe at all times. If you are looking for a budget-friendly place in Istanbul with genuine warmth and helpful service, this is a great choice. Thank you again for your hospitality!
