cool place to stay before a flight, close to shopping centers and has free bus service to Kansai airport

Easily accessible from the metro station via a skywalk directly connected to the hotel. I received an unexpected upgrade, and the room was comfortable and suitable for a stay before heading to the airport. The Rinku outlet is just a 10-minute walk away.

Close to metro and you can walk to yamadadenki, nitori, outlet, pharmacy and supermarket within 10 minutes. Hotel also provides free shuttle to KIX airport and definitely will stay here again next time!

Hotel feels old. Need a fresh make up! Room is quite big. Very minimal amenities provided by hotel.

Hotel is few steps from Rinku town station. Outlet Rinku town is very close to Hotel. Free shuttle service to airport for early flight in morning is great. It starts from 05.20am.

It locates really closed to Rinku Tower, a 3 minutes walk to the station to Kansai airport. The facility was quite modern and neat with really professional staff. The room was very neat and clean. Price to value is very on point. Totally, recommend it for a nice stay before departure from Osaka.

Good location if you are flying out the next morning from Kansai International Airport, but I wouldn't stay here if I was flying into the airport. The area doesn't have much to do for visitors/tourists. The hotel offers a free shuttle to the airport at fixed times in the morning or later in the afternoon. Otherwise, you can use the train station that is located right next to the hotel. I would not rate this a 4-star hotel. This is more of a 3-star quality in what used to be a 4-star hotel. The decor and facilities are dated, and my hallway smelled of food. The room was completely fine though and the staff were good. There is also a Lawson on the second floor, so that was very convenient for getting water.

Stayed for a night as we flew in late. Complimentary shuttle bus from airport - wait at S-12 booth located at carpark where many hotel shuttle buses can be seen coming and going. Schedule can be found on the hotel's Japanese language website.

The quilt is too thick … I mean too warming and it was very hot even the air con temperature was 21C. Others are good including good shuttle bus service and adequate space for three people. The bathroom is large enough also.
