The hotel is not bad, clean, and the price is very reasonable. However, they started repairing the roof early in the morning. Although the announcement in July said that it would be completed in 4 weeks, it was not completed until September 2009. Fortunately, it was completed after getting up. Open it up, otherwise a lot of people will complain!

For the price, the facilities were excellent and the staff was friendly and helpful. The person responsible for breakfast kept the space spotless and the food full. My business meetings were in downtown Jacksonville only 10 minutes away. Also convenient restaurants of all types within 200 yards or less walk.

The room clean and pleasant. It was nice to get a call from the front desk soon after we arrived to find out how we felt about the room and if we needed anything. The lobby was nicely appointed. The breakfast was okay but somewhat sparse.

Breakfast was not too good, i mean no hot food. Check out was at 11, they came 3 tomes knowking at the door between 11-11.30. My daughter was finishing her homework since they dont have computer/office area. Its Sunday, what was the rush to kick us out.

Enjoyed our stay. Full sized pillows would be preferred, as would providing conditioner. TV reception could be better. Some shady people around the area, but no fault of the property. Would stay again if the opportunity arose.
