"The hotel design, environment, transportation, luggage storage and other services are very good, which is in line with my long-standing good impression of Mercure. Especially it is very convenient to go to the museum and Shijiazhuang Station. But there were a few things that ruined the experience this time. The flight arrived late that day and I arrived at the hotel in the middle of the night. The front desk staff said that Ctrip had pre-booked the room and that the free breakfast was not worth it. This reason was a bit disappointing. The room heater was quite noisy and it was too hot at night. The ventilation condition of the bathroom is average."
