The location was very convenient. It was just the right distance away from the busy tourist area but accessible by a short rickshaw ride.
The service and staff were excellent. They catered for any request and were extremely attentive. There were not many amenities in the rooms and the towels were stained to the point that we couldn’t use them. If you did need anything extra the staff were very helpful to provide it.
The rooftop is not accessible outside of breakfast which isn’t clearly stated and would’ve been good to know before booking.

Great place to stay. It's clean and hygienic. Hotel staff are all super super helpful and friendly. The service was excellent. Housekeeping staff are lovely. They were ready all the time to help. The food was amazing. Will stay again. Definitely definitely recommend.

Overall it was a pleasant stay at Hotel Sarang Palace for 3 days and 2 nights. There are few improvement points with respect to room and resturant size, but that's overshadowed by excellent staff behaviour and tasty food at the restaurant. Special thanks to "Gyan Singh" uncle who was present at the restaurant and was courteous enough to help us with all of our needs.

Very good and col stay…………………’mcmmmmmmmzznnnnnn…………………………..nice job staff is great…………………………………………………………………………………………………… Nice hotel, nice hospitality. Food was nice. Rooms are well maintained. Very nice interior decoration. One cons is that restaurent is in the basement & no live counter available for breakfast otherwise everything was ok. Will recomend it to stay for others.

Best experience ever I recently stayed at had an amazing experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was spotless and well-designed . The food was not that amazing , but the stay and the staff were amazing

The stay was very wonderful. The rooms were clean and the staff was very good. The bathroom are also good. The hotel is also very clean and the atmosphere is also very good. The market is also very near and the local sightseeing is also very near.
