Lovely hotel in an old hunting lodge. We had one of the biggest rooms we've ever had in a city - old fashioned in keeping with the building but all mod cons. The restaurant is great as are all the staff. The pool area is lovely and relaxing and we wished we'd had more time to enjoy it. We did venture out to a couple of local restaurants, which were really good.

Royal Heritage matched perfectly what i was expecting from a hotel in Jaipur. It had it all. The royal feeling in the rooms. Peaceful and quiet. Great garden. Royal service from all staff. You just feel as a royalty in the hotel. A special mention to Chef Prithvi and his team who made us feel so comfortable in the restaurant and serving us amazing dishes. They shared with us the Rajasthani culture. Highly recommend the hotel especially it is just outside the city

A beautiful haveli set in an 18th century hunting lodge. The facilities are excellent (in particular the pool and spa) and Kigelia restaurant has tasty food albeit with hotel-level prices. The team of staff are highly attentive but we were let down by issues with the hot water supply and water pressure in our room. This meant we could not properly shower on one of the two nights of our stay. We flagged this to the maintenance team but they were unable to quickly resolve the issue. When we spoke to the front office team at check out we were offered a 300 rupee discount which we found a little insulting given the premium nature of the hotel. We spoke to other guests who had experienced the same issue with a lack of hot water. I sincerely hope this is a one off issue and other guests have a better experience.

We loved everything about this place. The room was amazing, very spacious, spotless, beautifully furnished and quiet. The extensive gardens and pool area were a welcome respite after a hot day of sightseeing, plenty of trees and flowers, very well maintained. The food in the restaurant was delicious and beautifully presented. All of the staff were lovely (special mention to Salman in the restaurant for his excellent service). I can also recommend a relaxing massage from the extensive spa menu.

I'm actually out of words. This was THE BEST experience in every possible way. The room was spectacular (exactly as in the picture) and spotlessly clean. Every staff member went out of their way to accommodate whatever wish. The restaurant was fantastic, we really loved staying in for dinner under stars in that beautiful garden and the spa, with its Ayurveda team from Kerala was knowledgeable, super kind and passionate. I even got a private introduction into mindfulness and basics of meditation. The gardens are manicured and the pool was an oasis. In short, we were totally spoilt and found it so, so difficult to leave. This was an experience we will cherish forever.

Best hotel stay of our three week trip and around 10 hotels. Great service; attentive without being over-bearing. The staff are clearly well trained. The food seemed very fresh, with everything cooked to order, including breakfast. Not the extensive menu and buffets to be found at other hotels, but we welcomed this, as the food was delicious and all cooked to order. The staff worked to keep the pool clean but this was tricky with leaves and a light breeze. The 'Superior' bedroom was fabulous. The hotel is on the edge of town and it's a 10-15 minute drive to the centre but we didn't find that to be an issue. There is some road noise at the front. Great spa treatments

Great experience with Royal heritage touch. The staff bestowed love and gesture by simply putting a wedding anniversary cake when we arrived. Absolutely loved the place. Though a bit out from city but worth staying…..a good place to relax with elegance.

Lovely tranquil hotel with great food and lovely staff. Away from the main bustle of the city but close enough to enable exploring Jaipur. Lots of gardens to relax in after a hard day’s sightseeing. Spa treatment offered great value too. We loved our stay here
