Smashing hotel in a great location. My room was very well appointed with great air conditioning. The staff were wonderful. Abrahim the manager was a wonderful and generous host. I ran in to some problems during my trip and Abrahim went out of his way to help, expecting nothing in return.

My partner is currently staying there and I just want to thank Ibrahim who has been a wonderful host and new friend to him, really helping him out with a stressful situation that he found himself in. Plus he also says the hotel is wonderful and is really enjoying his stay there (now he can relax!)

First impressions are great. The reception area, corridors and rooms are very nice. On closer inspection there are 4 critical points I want to raise: 1. The food was inedible. I ordered a chicken sandwich from room service and it was so disgusting I had to refuse it and send it back. It was made from the worst possible pieces of boiled chicken, all brown, fatty and grisley. I ended up ordering from outside (which according to house rules you are not allowed to do!) 2. None of the 6 switches at the side of the bed operate a single light in the room. To switch off a light before sleep you have to get out of bed, and similarly if you get up during the night. 3. The wall mounted tv didn’t come with a remote control, and was WAY too small for the size of the room! You certainly wouldn’t be able to read subtitles if you were watching tv in bed. 4. The small in-room safety deposit box does not work. In any case it is not bolted into place as it should be, which means anyone could just pick it up and take it away in a carrier bag!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The lobby was stunning, and the breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious. The standout feature was the exceptional service provided by Ibrahim, who seemed to manage the entire hotel effortlessly. His dedication and hospitality truly made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommended.

The hotel is beautifully designed with a strong essence of Rajasthani culture. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, especially Sir Abrahim, who made our stay even more memorable. Highly recommend this place for an authentic and hospitable experience.

Excellent hotel. Very clean and beautiful. It has a charming rooftop restaurant. The owner was very nice and approachable. The staff were professional, especially Ashiq who helped me with his kind advice and his wonderful service. Highly recommended.

Experience was really good all staff members have very good nature. The breakfast facility was awesome.Nice bathrooms and rooms. Cleanliness was on 10/10. Staff was very helping. I stayed there with my family my parents were also very happy with their service
