Our one night stay at Devi ratn was very satisfying, everything was perfect the rooms, service and courtesy by staff, add on activities like evening rajasthani folk dance and adventure activities was fun with kids. The Hotel and Food had perfect Rajasthani vibes. Enjoyed swimming pool area and kids activity area. Overall no complaints highly recommend.

I must admit that this resort exceeded my very high expectations. Stayed for 3nights with a big family across 3 rooms and we were all blown away by the warm and generous service and attention we received. Every small and big request was handled with care and we felt very well looked after. The rooms and facilities are top notch, the complementary high tea and cultural performance wonderful, breakfast is a feast and the entire experience makes me feel proud of the luxury hospitality industry in India. The location is away from the city but is serene, has spectacular views and is worth it. But it's the level of service and staff that makes this one of the best luxury resorts in the world.

I have been to other taj's as well but service and hospitality of this Taj Devi Ratn was amazing, definitely had Rajasthan's cultural touch in all aspects of the resort. Has all amenities that one can think of in a resort. Hi tea with folk dance and morning breakfast with live Rajasthani folk music was amazing experience.

We recently stayed at Taj Devi Ratan with my parents during their surgery, and I want to take a moment to thank the team for making our experience truly remarkable. From the very beginning, Kanika and the entire front office team stood out with their care and thoughtfulness. They ensured a quick and smooth check-in, assisted my parents whenever we entered the hotel, and even personally checked on them during our stay. Their attention to detail, ***** with the flexibility for a late departure, meant a lot to us. Mr. Ajay and team, thank you so much for customizing our food preferences, it was exactly what we needed. The restaurant team and Chef Mohammed, was always so attentive and accommodating, making every meal a delight. A big shoutout to Jitendar from Housekeeping as well! Coming back to a clean and organized room after long hours at the hospital was such a relief. His effort and care truly stood out and were deeply appreciated. Overall, our experience at Taj Devi Ratan was beyond our expectations. The warmth, kindness, and professionalism of the team made a challenging time for us so much easier. I’m truly grateful for everything and hope to visit again soon under happier circumstances. Thank you once again for everything

Absolutely amazing staff and great hospitality. Robin and aadit were great and made the entire stay comfortable and safe. The property had amazing views and fabulous food too. It’s worth an experience for sure, and looking forward to visit them soon for a stay during my next visit to Jaipur.
