The registration desk area was very dirty, ac didn’t work, door handles were filthy and the whole place smelled like cooking. The lady was nice enough.
The room was old and the carpet was awful, the edges haven’t been cleaned for a long time. The bed and towels were clean. the ice machine had mold growing on it. . The outside needs help also. It was quiet which was nice.

My reveiw is tainted because of the price. Im glad i used my past rewards for this, but I felt like i wasted my rewards. I will say that the staff was fabulous, so I feel bad giving a less than great review. The breakfast had potential, but the boiled egs had ice on them and were chalky. Mostly frozen and chalky was a new experience for me. The butter was not spreadable on the toast. I tried multiple things, thinking that it was just an off day. I eventually gave up. My kids had bananas so I guess it was fine. For 140$ it was in rough shape. 90$ would be more reasonable. It seemed that the location services many traveling working men. So maybe that had to do with the price. I hate complaining because i technically did sleep well, and again the staff were very kind. Just not what i expected after paying basically 140$.

Check in was good. The gentleman was very nice. Advised were the dog area was,this was a not good part it is on the backside in the alley. The stay was good. Hard to get towels or t.p.. We had a another customer take a picture of our dog peeing on the asphalt and also do not have company over that is not allowed. I was not advised of this and the lady owner was like oh no hour are advised. I was not.there was no fire alarm in the room.

The reception area was grungy and smelly. The breakfast area was very small. The hallway to the room was also smelly. The clerk was nice and the room itself was clean but with a slight mildew smell. The beds were hard as a rock and the pillows were the size of throw pillows.

The hot tub in room was dirty. The security camera for hallway was plugged into an outlet in my room. The fridge in room didn’t work. For $125 a night you do expect a few things that are normal. When I seen the room it looked like a 70’s room
