Booked this last minute as I had a problem with a booking at the fairmont. I was very impressed with the service, location and the rooms. The rooms are more modern than the fairmont!!

Amazing view and Cleanliness of the hotel is awesome. The staffs behaviour is also good.

Absolutely great place. A little out of date but would recommend it highly. Beautiful part of town. Easily accessible food and shopping. Hot tub was clean and easy to find.

The location of this hotel is the best. It is located in the city center and you can walk to visit everything in the city. I would like the hotel to have a microwave for heating food for guests. Parking is quite limited. You can park your car and inform the hotel of your car registration number without paying a parking fee.

Clean and comfortable, good location

This is my second time in Jasper, a town I like very much. It is right next to the train station and has a very nice hotel.

The room is clean and tidy. The hotel is opposite the train station and there is a restaurant next to it. There is no charge for street parking now.

The room is quite spacious and the hotel is in an excellent location, in the center of Jasper town. Enjoy free parking.

There is a bar below and there are people talking loudly on the street after 12pm. The rest is pretty good

If you're staying one night in Jasper, there's no better location than this hotel. The friendly hospitality is great, but the best thing is the condition of the rooms. I had a nice rest. Thank you :)

It is located in the center of Jasper's main street, so pharmacies, restaurants, and cafes are all close by. Thanks to this, you have to park in a nearby paid parking lot, but if you tell the hotel your license plate number and register, they will take care of it for you. I think it's the same for all other accommodations on the main street, so I don't really feel like it's a disadvantage. Because it is a wooden building, you can't help but hear noises like walking in the hallways and using the bathroom next door or upstairs. I was told that bottled water was not provided and that I could just drink tap water, so I bought it nearby.

Having rescheduled a visit to Jasper a little over two months since the fire, this was always going to be much stranger than in the past. However, my stay was everything I wanted and the hotel felt very much an independently run one as opposed to the numerous chains I had used over the last few weeks. Check in was straight forward. My room was two Queen sized beds and comfortably furnished. Coffee machine and everything in the bathroom was in good condition.

A great hotel with lots on offer!! On our arrival we got a great parking space in the car park and ended up with a massive room with beautiful views to the front of the building. The room was very clean and tidy. There’s were 2 roof top hot tubs that we had all to ourselves with beautiful views of the snow topped mountains. There is a bar offering the usual drinks and a good choice of food although we didn’t eat here. Great choice!!
