Booked this last minute as I had a problem with a booking at the fairmont. I was very impressed with the service, location and the rooms. The rooms are more modern than the fairmont!!

Absolutely great place. A little out of date but would recommend it highly. Beautiful part of town. Easily accessible food and shopping. Hot tub was clean and easy to find.

The location of this hotel is the best. It is located in the city center and you can walk to visit everything in the city. I would like the hotel to have a microwave for heating food for guests. Parking is quite limited. You can park your car and inform the hotel of your car registration number without paying a parking fee.

If you're staying one night in Jasper, there's no better location than this hotel. The friendly hospitality is great, but the best thing is the condition of the rooms. I had a nice rest. Thank you :)

It is located in the center of Jasper's main street, so pharmacies, restaurants, and cafes are all close by. Thanks to this, you have to park in a nearby paid parking lot, but if you tell the hotel your license plate number and register, they will take care of it for you. I think it's the same for all other accommodations on the main street, so I don't really feel like it's a disadvantage. Because it is a wooden building, you can't help but hear noises like walking in the hallways and using the bathroom next door or upstairs. I was told that bottled water was not provided and that I could just drink tap water, so I bought it nearby.
