"The facilities were indeed good, but the service was terrible. We checked in at 3 PM and were told we'd have to wait until 4 PM (which was fine), but they would arrange our check-in as soon as possible. The problem was, when we went back at 4 PM, they said the room wasn't ready yet and we'd have to wait; when we went back at 4:25 PM, they actually told us they were sorry, but they needed to change something in the room and we'd have to wait another 25-30 minutes. I said, since you already knew we were there and waiting to check in at 3 PM, why didn't you arrange cleaning and changing the things as soon as possible? Shouldn't you at least give us a different room? Besides, when I asked at 4 PM, you didn't say there was a problem, and now we have to wait another 25 minutes, which I can't accept. Then, they hesitated and dawdled for five minutes, saying, "Okay, we'll change you to another room of the same standard." So, why didn't you do that earlier? Completely lacking in service awareness, bad review."
