Edde Sands were great hosts. The rooms were well set up with everything you needed. Breakfast was super special by the water and the experience was great. Just like staying on the Med. Go to Alice’s shop!

The beach is excellent mainly sandy and relatively clear water. The pools are miserable , facilities are old and broken and you need to bring your own towels. The beach restaurant food is tasty yet over priced. The place needs a major refurbishment to capitalize on the great location and spaces it occupies . Overall recommended for beach use only

A day in Sun with fun, taking a day use @,EddeSands was a beautiful experience with its friendly staff & vast premises. Sitting on the beach or the pools the wide variety was nice. The extensive beach front was good for walking & doing water activities. The Vip pool was a treate ro enjoy , while the other pool had. The food was delicious at the restaurant. In future staying at this location could be a great choice.

Very very bad experience i ve been here for several years but this is the first time that i find a pool with boiling water no filter working at all at pool A and B we complained but nothing happened imagine swimming in dirty hot pool at edde sands really disappointed and upset

Too much ugly , very bad experience , zero for the food , disgusting , they took 100$ for two person, but we dicover that the same place of the beach is open for public for free!!!!!!!!!!!! I don ‘t suggest this place to visit , it is not comfortable at all.

I went to Edde Sands with my family last Sunday the 25th of June 2023, we paid the entrance and we moved onward, my husband was handling the bags and walking in front of us, and I was holding my one year and a half boy, my wallet (From which I have paid the entrance), and its swimming tire. At the downstairs, far less than 3 mins from the entrance, my husband was asking at St Tropez shop if they can inflate the swimming tire, then suddenly I looked for my wallet and I didn’t find it!!!!! 3 minutes far from the entrance, my wallet was stolen at Edde Sands…. And the surprising issue is that they have no cameras at the entrance area … We submitted a claim, and we asked the manager Mr. Walid for assistance since the situation became so serious, he was so nice, honestly, he searched with us and asked the security manager to find it, refunded us the entrance (since all our money were in the wallet), asked a waitress to take care of us and consider all our orders as complimentary. We stayed around one hour hoping to find the wallet but with no positive feedback, even I don’t know the level of responsibility and ethics, the higher management dealt with the situation, I don’t know if they checked all the resorts cameras, their employees stuff and others, so we left. The main thing to consider, is that Mr. Walid did all his job perfectly however the management of Edde Sands where my wallet was stolen did no significant reaction even, they didn’t call to follow up or apologize the next days, when you choose those 5 stars places you choose them for cleanliness, ambiance, security, food, quality of guests, and many other factors. Unfortunately, Edde Sands failed in protecting my cash and official papers 3 minutes away from their main entrance, where my wallet was stolen.

Totally disgusting bathrooms out of order and open to public. They rent you beds and tell you Lounge chairs are included with your entrance fee, to realize you are not allowed to bring the lounge chair next to the bed you paid for $34.00!! Food over rated and most expensive I paid for in any restaurant in Lebanon. Stay away, it is the perch scam this place, I have top say that 10 years ago was much better.

A wonderful place. I would definitely stay there again. Beautiful views, beautiful beach and the nicest most attentive staff as well. A spacious and functioning conference room which allowed my colleagues and I to work without interruption. Just a short distance away from the historic city of Byblos as well.

We usually book every year 1-2 nights with the kids even when we lived in Lebanon. This year we booked the crab Bungalow ($425/night) we arrived the receptionist very nice but seemed to lack training they allowed us early check in (thank you!) Once we settled in with 3 kids we went to the beach its jelly fish season we decided to go to the pool, barely any beach chairs we had to wait a bit till someone assisted us. The pool menu was provided every time we ordered an item they would advise its not available, leaving us with 3 options none of them were kid friendly! Basic items such as pizza and pasta were non- existent, fine we got through that, We finished our day at the pool head back to our bungalow every 1-2 minutes we would lose power remind you its insanely hot & humid. Took us 3 hours of back and forth to finally be moved to another room as they wouldn't refund us to leave (one of the managers wanted us to go shower in another room and then come back to our room that had no power! word to the wise Airbnb or book somewhere else not worth the money & frustration!
