Shilla Stay Jeju Airport

The hotel's location is excellent. It's right across the street from Baojian Road Pedestrian Street, and only a 4-5 minute walk to Shilla Duty Free. Lotte Duty Free is a bit further, about a 10-minute walk. There are plenty of great restaurants around the hotel, so you can try something new every day. The front desk lady was incredibly helpful; I had my room requests translated beforehand, and she accommodated all of them. The hotel's buffet breakfast was also good – not a huge variety, but everything you need was there and it tasted great. The room was clean, just a little small, but the bed was quite comfortable. It was much better than expected, I'm very satisfied and would definitely stay here again next time.

The location is excellent, right opposite Bogun-ro, next to G25. It's a 10-minute walk to Shilla Duty Free, and the bus stop right outside has a direct bus to the airport (4 stops). The lobby is spacious, and you can store luggage there, check-in was smooth. The room itself was decent – twin beds, a desk, and a sofa. There was no problem opening two 20-inch suitcases. The bathroom was roomy, with a smart toilet, and cleaning was done daily. The only downsides are that the room facilities are a bit dated, the door lock screws were loose, and the soundproofing was a little poor.

Let me start with the most shocking part: the shampoo at Shilla Stay is absolutely amazing, beyond words! Our hair is usually frizzy, and we've tried countless shampoos and hair oils, but none have ever left our hair completely frizz-free, smooth, and shiny like this one. It's a life-changing shampoo that even makes one feel gentler. I was moved to tears! It completely surpasses brands like Kérastase, L'Occitane, and Furterer. My daughter was so impressed, she decided not to wash her hair again until school starts, just to keep it this way! Unfortunately, the front desk told me they don't sell it, and I couldn't find it online either. It's such a shame; how can a shampoo be so good? Shilla Stay could really boost their profits just by selling this shampoo – it's that incredible! Other points: The location is convenient, with a duty-free shop right next door. The hotel is clean and generally good. But honestly, nothing else matters as much as that life-changing shampoo. I really hope they'll start selling it in the lobby, just like Atour and All Seasons hotels do 😭!!! I would definitely come back to Jeju just for this shampoo.

Overall, it's simple and comfortable with great service and good value for money. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Jeju.

The hotel's location is excellent; it's super convenient for dining, shopping, and sightseeing. It's only about 300 meters as the crow flies from Shilla Duty Free and very close to the airport. Although the room size isn't huge, it's perfectly adequate, and the facilities are quite new. Bottled water is provided daily, and the lobby is very comfortable.

This hotel offers great value for money. The room size was just right, not too big and not too small, and the location is fantastic. There's a bus stop right outside, and you can easily walk to Baojian Road and the duty-free shop. There are also many well-known local restaurants nearby, and several shops offer on-the-spot tax refunds. We booked a family twin room for three, which had one single bed and one double bed. The bathroom included a bathtub, which was great for a relaxing soak after a long day of sightseeing. The smart toilet was also a nice touch.

The service was great! Even though check-in is officially at 3 PM, the front desk was accommodating and allowed me to check in earlier since a room was available. However, the toilet paper in the room was incredibly thin – not just a little, but significantly so. 😅😅😅 And the toilet wasn't a bidet. The breakfast was quite rich, with hot food and even freshly made noodles. There wasn't a huge selection of cakes and bread, and the fruit variety was limited. One day, the bananas looked like leftovers from the day before, as they were cut and had clearly been sitting for a while. But the restaurant environment is truly fantastic! After 9 AM, you can sit and watch planes fly over the sea.
