아이가 풀빌라를 원해서 고르고 고른 집인데 도착하자마자 아이는 추가요금이 있다고 하여 당황스러웠습니다. 트립닷컴 고객센타와 합의가 되긴 했지만 예약을 1달 전에 하고 결제도 끝내고 당일까지 아무런 요청사항 없다가 숙소 도착해 체크인 하고 들어가지도 못하고 추가요금 달라고 하는 건 상당히 기분 언잖은 일이었습니다. 4박5일 일정 중 4박 모두 이 곳에서 숙박 했는데 여행 내내 마음이 안 좋았습니다.

가족여행으로 왔는데 너무 좁아서 제대로 앉아있을 공간도 없었어요~도착하자마자 아이들 추가요금으로 기분이 너무 안좋았고 스파는 그냥 좁은 화정실에 욕실수준이에요~정말 화장실에 휴지통도 없었어요~관광나가서 최대한 늦게 도착해서 잠만 잤습니다. 과장된 사진에 속으시면 안될것같애요.
