We are Marriott owners and we have expectations of Marriott. The initial greeting by the girl at the front desk was unfriendly and unprofessional. She spoke so quickly it was difficult for my husband and I to understand her. We were put in the front building. We got up to our room and the view is surprisingly beautiful of the ocean. I had read many reviews from this building. The main living room, front bedroom and bathroom was nicely updated; however, the master bedroom needs serious updating. A few obvious items, get rid of the pedestal sink, guests need counter space, and get rid of the frayed carpet and gross old baseboards. Once noticing we didn't have coffee or laundry detergent, I returned to the unfriendly front desk girl. She responded with this is not Marriott and we don't give coffee but handed me laundry powder. She rudely also stated very briefly that I can exchange my towels once per my visit. Don't expect Marriott service. YET, THE TV HAS THE MARRIOTT ADS AND ALL TOWELS ARE LABELED MARRIOTT
