酒店位置比較偏，酒店前面在施工周邊比較臟，大堂客服態度很好，房間乾淨衞生整潔，床上用品乾淨衞生舒服，衞生間乾濕分離熱水充足，早餐品種簡單少應付一下還是可以的。

出差辦公，離市政府很近，挺方便的。酒店內部設施環境很好，很齊全，房間看起來很新，才開了一年幾乎沒什麼耗損。門口就可以直接停車，開車的話也很方便。開的房間是帶茶桌的，前台還有茶葉送，早餐也是免費的，下去一樓直接去吃。附近200來米火鍋店燒烤店都有，點外賣也可以直接送到房間。性價比挺高的，可以泡茶看江，過節期間好多人放煙花，居然還有好些釣魚佬釣魚。下次再來。

房間實際比照片還要好看，佈局很合理設計很新，衞生間非常乾淨，晚上睡覺很安靜，枕頭很舒服是乳膠枕一整晚安睡。真的很喜歡這裏，給酒店點贊。

房間設施新，桌面較小，攤東西的位置不太夠。窗簾可以小愛語音控制，窗對着居民小區，還算安靜。地理位置處於城市的邊邊，酒店大門對着江的一面有點凌亂，旁邊是在建工程，地面黃土飛揚，好處是停車方便，隨便停。進到酒店就很亮堂乾淨，前台服務好，交代清晰。走路倆個路口，到人民政府的北面，就可以到比較熱鬧的地方了，吃飯逛街都很方便。我看評價説早餐不好，但我們覺得還不錯，餐廳乾淨整潔，豆漿，白粥，小鹹菜，還有建甌特色小點心。洗衣房比較迷你，洗完衣服配有衣櫃式烘乾櫃。
