A small guesthouse just outside the ancient town. Nice and quiet but two minutes from the hustle and bustle. Staff were so helpful. Basic room.

九七之約客棧就在沙溪北寨門附近，去寺登街和吃飯的大街都很近，晚上很安靜，有個安靜的小院子還有個天台，每天睡覺發呆看書都很舒服，兩個接待的小妹妹也很和善，非常好！

本來不想給這麼低的的分 退房的時候兩個前台徹底激怒了我
首先説問題
入住第一天因為我們是三個人所以房間水不夠喝，問服務員要水被告知多要水她們是要收費的，因為前台胖胖的那個服務員知道我們前幾天是住在沙溪一個價格高的民宿，所以她直接説因為她們的房費不如我們前面住的那家，所以她的意思就是她家500多一晚的房間不能再提供更多的水，我們的水如果不夠喝可以接水管的水，我真無語
臟是真的臟，發黴的牆污漬斑斑的沙發和泛黃的床品如果你住你就知道了
所謂的大床房是兩個單人床拼在一起的，床的中間會有一個縫，睡在上面難不難受大家可以體會
整個民宿沒有隔音一説，人們上樓下樓，隔壁聊天洗澡聽得清清楚楚
門口養着一條狗，因為隔音不好這條狗半夜會叫並且會把人叫醒，睡眠不好的不建議入住
以上幾點都可以將就，最不能容忍的就是前台兩個人，懶是真的懶，房間沒有網電視打不開等等問題，衹要叫她們幫忙就是拉着臉一副極不情願的樣子，而且會用她們當地的語言嘀嘀咕咕説一些遊客聽不懂的話，每天得房間除非你要求不然她們恨不得房間的垃圾袋都不給你換，最誇張的退房當天，因為行李比較多，車又進不了巷子裏，很客氣的請她們兩個幫忙，説了好幾句兩個人沒有任何反應就和聽不到人説話一樣
以上種種，老闆如果想做的長久建議還是進行一些改變，你的圖片拍出來怎麼樣那就見仁見智，但是你們的服務會讓人覺得整個沙溪的民風存在問題

服務周到細緻，民俗環境優美，房間設施雅緻，衞生條件不錯，公共區域佈置得也很舒適。空氣清新，夜晚寧靜，更為難得的是在頂樓天台可以遠眺蒼山洱海美景，適合度假放鬆、休息。

沙溪古鎮中很不錯的一間民宿，庭院很別緻，小橋流水，種滿了多肉，還有喝茶的茶台，很有格調。房間很大，大床很大。孩子的床在榻榻米上，很軟很舒服，還配備了電熱毯和油汀，很暖和。房間隔音很好，在木質結構的民宿中實屬難得，很安靜。客棧位置絕佳，步行至寺登街古戲台五分鐘。美中不足有兩點，都是設施設備方面的問題，希望酒店改善，提升顧客入住體驗:一是洗手枱水太小了，二是晚上不到九點就沒有熱水了，洗澡洗到一半沒熱水了，衹能用冷水洗完後半程。

在沙溪古鎮裏面位置很好，服務也好，熱心周到，中間要求晚一天入住，店主也為我辦理了，入住當天很晚了前台都下班了打電話也過來給我處理了，唯一的缺陷是洗澡熱水不夠熱，取暖器衹有離得很近才能感受熱度，儘管提供了兩床被子，我還好但朋友比較怕冷半夜都被冷醒了，除了這一點別的都很不錯

房間是我們想住的民宿，雖舊但改適的很好，晚上很安靜，門口可以喝個茶發個呆。滿院的肉肉讓我忍不住的左拍右拍。因為喜歡當地的自然風光毫不猶豫的住了兩晚。
